Appt heart of resort LES COCHES Paradiski La Plagne

Ground floor apartment, renovated in 2014 located in the heart of Les Coches station, close to all shops (15 m for bakery, mini-market, newspapers ...)

We offer you a comfortable three-room apartment for 5 people. It comprises :
- a living room with dining area and sleeping for 2 people,
- a separate bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed,
- an equipped kitchen area,
- a bathroom,
- a separate toilet.

Ski lift, ski school, kindergarten, ice rink 30 m from the apartment.

In winter you can leave and return on skis after discovering the 425 km of ski slopes on the PARADISKI area (La Plagne and Les Arcs by the Vanoise Express) but also the marked trails, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

At the foot of the residence, free shuttles will take you to the large ice rink or to the old village of Montchavin and its aquatic area.

Great location, perfectly placed in the village. Easy to collect the keys, though took a little time to locate the actual apartment. The apartment suited our needs, though it wasn’t clear until last minute that towels and bedding were not supplied. Had to ask for this information rather than part of the pre-information sheet, which was only in French - though google translate sorted that out! However, the main issue was no WiFi and there was also no phone signal in the village, so communicating with friends in another chalet was quite tricky. Other than that, it was a great, hassle-free and value for money apartment.

Très surpris et étonnés de votre message, c'est la première fois depuis 10 ans que l'on nous indique un problème d'isolation et de canon à neige trop près ! Le chauffage est un chauffage au sol et le radiateur d'appoint est un plus. Concernant le wifi, le réseau internet, l'Office tourisme propose différents forfaits et cela fonctionne.

Super sejour aux Coches

En vacances à la montagne en couple avec un enfant d'un an, nous avons adoré ce logement bien équipé, joli et fonctionnel, tres bien placé au centre des coches et au pieds des pistes. Un service de garderie est meme disponible (sur reservation) au bout du couloir, sans passer par l exterieur ! Le domaine skiable est immense, impossible de s ennuyer ! On trouve facilement de la place pour se garer à proximité du logement. Pas besoin de la voiture pendant le sejour (mais peut etre prevoir quelques courses avant d arriver car les prix au spar sont un peu elevés). Le traiteur en face est top ! Merci aux proprietaires qui repondaient toujours tres vite à nos questions.

Location très sympathique.

Hormis une petite déconvenue technique à notre arrivée, heureusement rapidement gérée par le propriétaire, mon jeune fils et moi-même avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est idéalement placé pour un accès aux pistes et à toutes commodités/points de restauration... Le gros bémol, indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire, concerne la faiblesse du réseau GSM sur la zone (pourtant avec 2 opérateurs différents). Une suggestion concernant l'équipement de l'appartement consisterait à remplacer le mitigeur de douche, peu aisé à manœuvrer afin de trouver une T° d'eau adaptée à un jeune enfant notamment.
