The property:
Do you like nature? So come on vacation in the Landes!
Between sea and lake, within the Biscarrosse golf course, we offer you, on its landscaped grounds of 1100 m², a recent villa, spacious and bright, 4 *, quiet, South exposure, which can accommodate 10 people.
Its swimming pool (9m x 4.5m x 1.5m) is heated and secure, surrounded by a beautiful wooden beach, with deckchairs to welcome you. And for relaxation after the swimming pool, a bowling green is at your disposal.
On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful living and lounge area with an open fitted kitchen; all overlooking a large covered terrace where you can take your meals, 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (pool view), 1 large bedroom with 4 single beds (ideal for children), 1 shower room, and 1 separate toilet. Outside, on the terrace, a barbecue for your grills.
For your entertainment: 27-hole golf course on site and other nearby golf courses (Arcachon, Gujan Mestras, Bordeaux, Seignosse, etc.) numerous cycle paths, nautical activities on the lake and ocean. Visits: Arcachon basin, Pyla dune, Cap Ferret, city of Bordeaux, and its wine estates ...

Dedicated house for family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of young revelers to organize parties or other.

The house we booked was really lovely. Good accommodation and pool. The people who own the property are really lovely and very helpful. The house was very well equipped and anything we wanted was there and if we asked for anything it was arranged. Biscarosse is lovely, the lake was amazing for young children, beach and warm shallow water. The cycling was good, the only issue was the house was on a hill, peaceful and picturesque, to get to the Cycle paths we had to use the car to transport the bikes as we had quite young children. I would book again!

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus, Pool und Grundstück im Grünen sind sehr schön und mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet und gepflegt. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu Josette und Jean-Claude war ausgesprochen angenehm.

Tolles Haus in guter Wohnlage

Nach einer langen Anreise aus Deutschland wurden wir sehr freundlich von Josette und Jean Claude empfangen. Nach einem Begrüßungsgetränk wurde uns alles sehr gut erklärt (Pool, Grill, technische Geräte). Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut gepflegt, rundum ein Haus um sich dort wohlzufühlen. Mit Fahrrädern kann man den See und das Meer zu gut erreichen. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Traumurlaub in einem tollen großen Haus mit Pool, Pe´tanqueplatz in ruhiger und schöner Umgebung

Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub. Das Haus ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr gern genutzt und hatten ihren Spaß. Der Grill im Garten wurde von uns sehr oft genutzt und wir haben unsere Abende auf der großen Terrasse sehr genossen. Der Check-in war super, die Vermieter haben uns persönlich das Haus gezeigt, uns eingeführt und alle unsere Fragen zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Wir haben auch ein Begrüßungsgeschenk erhalten, über welches wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Gegend ist ein Traum- der See ist um die Ecke und der weitläufige Strand in 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Vacances de rêve entre lac et océan

Après un accueil chaleureux de Josette et Jean Claude, nous avons profité au maximum de notre séjour de deux semaines. Location, location, location! Entre lac et océan, nous sommes passés de la piscine, au lac et du lac à l’océan tous les jours! La villa est idéalement placée et offre un jardin et une piscine pour des journées détentes à la maison. La villa est simplement parfaite pour deux familles avec enfants. Nous avons qu’une envie c’est de revenir l’année prochaine!

Das Haus ist einfach super schön und wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlte an nichts. Josette und Jean Claude sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber und um das Wohl ihrer Mieter besorgt. Die Lage ist perfekt, ganz ruhig, aber sehr nah am See und auch der Atlantik ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Tout était parfait !!!

Notre expérience fût très positive. Les prioriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. La maison est très agréable à vivre car sa distribution est idéale pour profiter de l'extérieur facilement. Nous étions 3 couples et un bébé. Les chambres intégrant des sdb/sde privatives, nous nous sommes toujours sentis indépendants tout en vivant tous sur le même toit. Le terrain de pétanque promet de beaux moments pendant l'apéro. La piscine a une dimension parfaite et l'environnement autour permet une détente assurée. Enfin, l'équipement intérieur est complet : il ne manque rien. Vous l'aurez compris, nous recommandons grandement cette location !

Belle maison de vacances et très bien équipée ! Accueil et échanges chaleureux, tout est fait pour se sentir bien :-) L'emplacement est également idéal pour profiter du lac comme de l'océan facilement. Nous étions deux couples avec des bébés de 11 et 17 mois et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Superbe maison dans un environnement verdoyant et calme. Super propre et très complète (toutes sortes de vaisselle et électroménagers, barbecue, plancha, terrain pétanque, machine à laver et sèche linge, plusieurs frigos, barrières de sécurité pour les enfants ainsi que lit et chaises bébé, TV, wifi, ..). Gorgeous villa on golf resort

The villa was more lovely than photos showed. Heated swimming pool was a good size and great temp. Only thing I would change is to have en-suite toilets included in the en-suite bathrooms, Location good for the lake and sea, but can’t walk to a shop. You need a car. Owners were very helpful and friendly, We were 5 adults and 4 children and plenty of space and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Fantastic house, quiet location, great pool

Josette & Jean Claude were very welcoming hosts, providing an immaculate house both inside and out. They took time to show us around the property & explain the pool etc. We shared the property with friends & this worked well with plenty of space for two families (10 people), with 3 showers & 2 toilets & a large living area. The house is situated in a quiet road above the golf course, surrounded by a lovely garden & pine trees all around. We enjoyed trips to Biscarrosse lac, the Aqua Park, Bisc Adventure high ropes climbing, the Dune du Pyla as well as relaxing by the pool & playing pétanque which kept the children entertained. Thank you for a great week, we would definitely recommend & hope to return.
