Nous sommes restes 12 jours L appartement est bien et agréable, 2 chambres , 1 petit salon, une belle terrasse avec cuisine équipéeLes plus : Belle terrasse avec (petite) vue sur mer a 800 mètresAppartement bien équipéUne belle plage a 10 mn a piedBonne clim dans les chambresLes moins :- une route passe en bas de l immeuble bruyante sur la terrasse 1 heure le matin et une heure le soir- la plage pas loin est tres belle mais difficile de se baigner avec les rochers- L immeuble est loin de tout , il faut une voiture (5km de Sainte Luce), 1 plus d un km pour un petit carrefour market- Aucune couverture ni couvre lit dans les chambres , malgré notre demande , ce qui est genant- une seule cle/badge ce qui peut etre gênant , pas plus malgre notre demande- Porte de douche et éclairage de la terrasse a revoirEn arrivant nous avons eu la desagreable surprise d avoir l ascenceur en panne ... et l etait encore 12 jours apres en repartant meme si on nous promettait une reparation rapideL appartement est géré par Julie qui semble en télétravail car le check in et check out a ete fait par les femmes de ménage , mauvais parking attribué au check in et 40 mn de retard pour l employée au check out...Nous avons souffert a presque 70 ans de ces 4 étages a monter avec les courses et avons préferé rester au restaurant le midi , nous avons demandé un geste commercial au propriétaire qui n a jamais daigné nous répondre/contacter malgre les promesses de Julie...

Magnifique vacance en Martinique!!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! L’appartement était parfait! Et que dire de la terrasse! Fabuleuse vue sur la mer. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’air climatisé dans les chambres et le salon. C’était parfait!!! L’ascenseur était défectueuse tout le long de notre séjour. Pour nous ça n’a pas été un problème mais pour des personnes plus agées ou moins en forme ça aurait pu être un problème. Pour nous ce fût un endroit merveilleux!!! Merci pour l’excellente collaboration avec Julia!!!

Trés bel appartement avec vue exceptionnelle

Bel appartement situé à la sortie de Ste Luce (quartier Désert), à 5 min à pied d'une plage. Résidence sécurisée et appartement au 4ème étage très bien équipé ! Tout y est. Nous avons été accueillis par Yasmine, trés sympa et avons réussi à communiquer par téléphone avec la personne en charge de la gestion de la location. La climatisation reste appréciable et la vue superbe !

Endroit idéal pour visiter la Martinique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement, conforme aux photos, propre et très fonctionnel, une belle vue mer très appréciée. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Claudine, très disponible . Deux petites plages superbes au pied de l'appartement ( 10min à pied à peine ), un vrai bonheur ! Le village de Ste LUCE est très sympa, on y trouve commerces, marches et restaurants ! Localisation parfaite pour visiter la Martinique !!

Appartement entièrement équipé avec vue magnifique!

Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement lors de notre séjour à Ste-Luce : accueil de Claudine et précisions des explications, appartement avec tout l’équipement nécessaire (même une machine à laver le linge et des affaires pour faire des pic-nic), une vue splendide et une localisation parfaite pour visiter le sud de l’ile. Et tout près de charmantes petites plages. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et j’espère y revenir une prochaine fois!

Très bon accueil, appartement propre, spacieux et très bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter l'île. De la terrasse, vue magnifique sur la mer des caraïbes avec horizon l'île de Sainte Lucie et le rocher du Diamant et pas un seul moustique. Les petits plus tel que le le punch de bienvenue et le nécessaire du petit déjeuner du lendemain d'arrivée mis à disposition sont une délicate attention. Literie très confortable et linge de maison propre. La plage de Mabouya, à 5 mn à pieds, fut notre préférée. Super Séjour - Christine

Très bien

Le logement est propre, confortable et très bien équipé (on se croirait à la maison). La vue du balcon est splendide à toute heure, et le coucher de soleil immanquable. Plages agréables à proximité. Excellent accueil avec beaucoup d'attentions particulières dont le petit déjeuner complet et du planteur, c'est très agréable d'être accueilli comme ça, merci! Nous conseillons cette location.

Merveilleux

L'appartement était parfait. Très propre et très bien agencé (l'ouverture de la cuisine sur la terrasse est un must), très proche de belles petites plages et de restaurants, calme et parfaitement équipé (des palmes au bouchon pour le champagne ...). On ne se lasse pas de la vue qu'offre la terrasse qui devient tout de suite la pièce de vie. Enfin, une mention particulière pour l'accueil que nous ont réservé Claudine et son époux et toutes leurs petites attentions durant notre séjour. Merci et à bientôt :)

Sublime !!!

Un appartement au top !!!!! Très propre, très bien équipé, avec un emplacement idéal !!! Quel bonheur de prendre son petit déjeuner avec une telle vue sur la mer et sur le rocher du Diamant !!!! Le petit plus, un accueil des plus charmant !!!!!
