Perfect family villa

What a beautiful villa and surrounding area. The pool area and terrace are just perfect.It has a really homely feel and the owner is quick to respond and lovely with it.The bar / food place at the end of the road is amazing especially if you like fish and meat dishes. Plenty of pool space for kids,Plenty if space for our blend of grandparents and two families. Thank you we had a wonderful time

The place to stay!

On arriving at the property we were surprised how easy it was to access property with instructions. The property is large spacious and very well equipped for our party of 6 adults and 3 children. The outside area is absolutely amazing. We were able to either sun bathe or sit in shade but also able at all times to ensure the children’s safety around the pool. The property has wonderful views. Supermarket 10 minute drive. Beaches are near we only visited once as no need as such a nice place to just chill. Waterpark is 20 minutes away ideal for a day out. There are restaurants near by but only visited once as the kitchen and dining areas were marvellous. So many superlatives to describe this property and many benefits that I’m begrudgingly writing this review as don’t want it to be booked up for when we have another stay! Thank you Sebastian.

La maison est très bien située au calme et parfaite pour rayonner dans la région. Elle est spacieuse et bien aménagée avec l'espace nuit isolé du reste de la maison. Les espaces exterieurs sont très agreables et conviviaux et la piscine tres agréable et très propre.Le seul bemol est un manque d'entretien de fond de la maison : canalisations capricieuses, WC entartrés, poignées de portes branlantes, et le manque de quelques aménagements pratiques dans les salles de bains : pas de porte serviette ni de porte savon, mais rien ne nuisant vraiement à nos vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'1 semaine dans la grande et agréable maison de Sébastien. Beaucoup d'espace pour notre famille nombreuse ( 7 adultes et cinq enfants). Malgré le temps mitigé nos enfants ont apprécié la belle piscine et le grand jardin. La villa, au calme, est très bien située pour découvrir les plus beaux sites de la région .L'Algarve est une magnifique destination. Deux petites remarques concernant l'équipement de la maison : un sèche cheveux et des petites lampes de chevet seraient les bienvenues. Exceptés ces quelques détails tout était parfait. Das Haus ist ruhig und abseits vom Touristenrummel, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 5 bis 10 Minuten gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft, manche Möbel sind schon etwas abgewohnt, die Tische auf der Terrasse schon sehr verwittert, aber alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Kaffeemaschine sollte ersetzt werden, trotz Entkalkung unsererseits dauerte der Durchlauf einer Kanne 1 Stunde. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Loulé genossen.

Schöne Villa mit viel Platz. Sebastien war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und der Check-In war sehr entspannt. Die Villa hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Da sie jedoch ziemlich abgelegen ist, was wir prinzipiell gut fanden, wird auf jeden Fall immer ein Mietwagen benötigt. Mückenspray ist wichtig! Vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften.

Mooie rustige locatie met geweldig uitzicht

Wij hebben een enorme leuke tijd gehad in Villa São Clemente. We hebben genoten van het huis, het zwembad, de hei de boulle baan, de tafeltennis, buiten haard en alle andere faciliteiten. Als we nog een keer naar Portugal gaan dan komen we zeker nog een keertje terug. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de Algarve te ontdekken

De locatie van de woning is ideaal voor het verkennen van de Algarve, zowel binnenland als de stranden en zelfs slechts 1:15 van de westkust. Het huis was in een nette staat, met alle nodige voorzieningen. Hier en daar een beperking (douchekop werkte niet goed) en geen airco, waardoor de nachten soms wel warm kunnen zijn. Maar het zwembad maakte alles goed!!

Tolle Lage & super Pool

+ Haus ist sehr authentisch, typisch portugiesisch + super Größe für mehrere Familien + der Pool war toll, sehr groß und erfrischend + Wohnzimmer als einziges Zimmer modern ausgestattet + der Zitronenbaum im Garten + Check-in und Kommunikation absolut top (bitte lediglich den Google Link ins Dokument mit aufnehmen, das hätte uns 1h bei der Suche erspart) - die Möbel in den unteren Schlafzimmern unpraktisch, dunkel, leicht muffig - Küche sollte erneuert werden - Schlafzimmer sehr lieblos (es stehen nicht benötigte Matratzen rum, keine Nachtischlampen, großteils keine Nachttische) - größtes Minus: der Outdoor Bereich. Hier könnte man so viel mehr draus machen (mit schönen Sitzecken, schönen Liegen, etc). Leider gibt es nur Plastikstühle, 2 Schirme, von denen einer bereits defekt war, billige Liegen. - es wirkt zT ramschig in Küche und Speisekammer, wo alle möglichen Überreste von Vorgängern stehen. Fazit: wunderschönes Grundstück & Haus mit so viel Potential. Im aktuellen Zustand würden wir jedoch nicht wieder kommen.

La casa es tal cual se enseña. Amplia y cómoda. De ubicación está algo metida en la montaña así que para ir a algunas playas se tarda un poco, pero merece la pena. Hemos ido 3 familias y hemos estado fenomenal.

Rustig gelegen, mooi huisje, genoten van ons verblijf! Wel enkele gebreken: sofa versleten, poten van dubbel (wit) bed afgebroken, douchekop (in badkamer bij grote slaapkamer) hing los, eerste toilet het doortreksysteem was moeilijk te gebruiken. Eerste morgen kwamen de schapen drinken van het zwembad, leuk om de kudde schapen te zien, maar niet zo hygiënisch! Al bij al voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nice but basic property

Nice property although furniture could do with an upgrade, the sofa in particular in not really usable. Great location for those wanting the mountains, the pool is the star attraction here and we spent a lot of time in the pool or sat outside on the patio, again some nicer garden furniture would certainly improve the rating. You do feel this is still a work in progress and has the potential to be stunning as it looks like the owner is looking to upgrade gardens etc. The instructions were great and the property clean however not really suitable for wheelchair user as we had difficulty getting wheelchair into the property and pool was inaccessible. A nice property and we enjoyed our visit , hopefully with a little bit more investment can be even better
