Appartement rénové d’une seule pièce de 38 m2, donnant entièrement sur une belle cour pavée arborée, au calme. L’appartement est constitué d’une seule grande pièce, comprenant :







  • Un coin salon. Equipé d’un canapé, une TV HD, un DVD, une connexion Internet haut débit, une station Ipod.


  • Un espace dinatoire avec une table et 4 chaises.


  • Un espace couchage avec un lit de 140 * 200 cm pour 2 personnes


  • Un autre espace couchage avec un lit de 140 * 200 cm pour 2 personnes.


  • Une cuisine ouverte équipée d’un four micro-ondes, de plaques de cuisson, d’un réfrigérateur, d’une cafetière, d’une bouilloire, d’un grille-pain, d’un lave-vaisselle et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.


  • la salle de bains : de petit taille avec une douche, lavabo, sèche cheveux et WC.

Cozy Apartment in Le Marais

This well-appointed and comfortable apartment is surrounded by excellent cafes and restaurants. The historic nature of the building provides a great atmosphere. Check-in was easy.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay. The apartment is conveniently located in Le Marais. It was super clean, nicely decorated with a lovely view of the courtyard. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location in Paris

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very cute and quaint and in an excellent location. Lots of shops and restaurants plus close to the Seine River and Notre Dame. The communication with the host and check in was wonderful too.

Perfect Paris Getaway

A lovely apartment in a perfect location in the heart of the Marais.Just steps from the Metro and numerous lovely bistros. A short walk to the Bastille and Place des Vosages. Highly recommend this little gem!

Very nice place to stay in a perfect location. Everything worked fine included reception on-site. The only thing we missed was a modern and working nespresso machine. Highly recomended!

Superb location

This is a cute apartment with the most convenient location! Our stay was short, but extremely pleasant. Somehow in a small area, you can comfortably accommodate a family of four! The place was clean. The check-in process smooth, and the host welcoming. The surrounding area offers everything you can hope for, restaurants, cafe bars, shops, etc. Until next time, Paris!

5 nights in Paris

Cozy apartment that had 2 beds, a sofa, and a small kitchen. Beds and layout were reasonable and comfortable while checkin and checkout processes were very easy. Not a long walk to Notre Dame and several tourist areas, short walk to the subway. The negatives were perhaps that though the bathroom seemed modern, it was quite small, and having a slow shower drain it was also a bit uncomfortable. For the 3 of us traveling, the room itself had more "clutter" like vases, decorations, that made it a bit tight to fit our things, but otherwise the room was very functional and fit our needs.

Perfect Lodging

My wife and I stayed here with our 11 year old daughter for a four night trip and we could have been happier. The check-in process was seamless as we were met with a warm welcome from staff that walked us through the studio and also gave as an overview of the area and how to get around. The location and neighborhood were perfect. Very close to the metro which we certainly took advantage of. There are certainly a plethora of neighboring cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops. we looked forward to coming "home" each night. The courtyard was one of our favorite aspects. We truly felt as if we were Parisians for our time in Paris. I would highly recommend this unit as an alternative to a hotel for a small family

Our family of four enjoyed a 3 night stay at the beginning of a 2 week holiday in this comfortable and spacious apartment in a safe and gated courtyard. Our teens were happy to sleep separately with one in a bed and the other on the couch. The area was wonderful for exploring with plenty of restaurants and shopping. As it’s been noted in other reviews, the security light was frequently activated throughout the night and was a challenge for my daughter and I as we are lighter sleepers. We would recommend a larger and better covering for the window above the door. Overall it was a good stay in a great area.

Lovely apartment, but less private in very warm weather

This apartment is very charming, clean and the neighbourhood is an absolutely perfect location to stay in Paris - very central, and close to shops and restaurants but not on a busy street. The metro stop is nearby too. The kitchen is small but very well-equipped and allowed us to keep snacks and things for breakfast. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because right next door is a pediatricians office which was open from about 9am until 9pm and so there were often a number of people hanging around in the courtyard just outside our apartment. In cooler weather that wouldn’t be an issue at all but it was very warm so we needed to have the windows open and there was no privacy. Individuals in the courtyard were often smoking and looking into the apartment and on our first day there when we were very jet lagged and needing to rest, it was not ideal. We didn’t feel unsafe at all but a little more privacy would’ve been welcome. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Wonderful studio in the Marais

The studio had everything that we needed. It has a half size fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and stove top but no oven or laundry capability but we did not require either. There is no AC but plenty of fans. The location was wonderful, close to shops, many good places to eat, easy walking distance to the St. Paul station, and a number of the museums. It is a very safe area and the courtyard is both very protected and picturesque. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. It is next door to a pediatric office so occasionally we heard crying babies during business hours. I enjoyed seeing the stream of caring parents and their well-behaved children as it gave me insight into the local population. To me, that is a valuable part of international travel. At night the enclave was very quiet and we felt very much like we were living like real Parisians in our studio. The studio is on the ground floor which was great as the higher units there are accessed by stairs. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and had great wi-fi reception. The property management was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Bel endroit

Appartement bénéficiant d'une situation exceptionnelle dans Paris avec le calme !!!!! Quelques petits dysfonctionnements , la touche du grlile pain ne remonte plus , le clapet du compartiment lessive du lave-vaisselle est cassé et la porte d'entrée ne s'ouvre qu'avec force , les gonds menacent de céder , dommage pour ce si bel endroit .
