It will seduce you with its beautiful volume, 45 M2, the charm of the exposed stones, the quality of the materials and its impeccable cleanliness. On the 2nd floor of a well maintained building, 4 levels, no elevator. Very bright, double exposure and double glazing. Fully furnished, arranged. Ideal for a romantic getaway or with friends. Linen and bathroom linen available to travellers. Apartment entrusted to a professional for cleaning between each occupant. For hot periods, an air cooler will be made available to you to spend pleasant nights.
To continue to receive you always in the best conditions, additional costs will be invoiced from the 3rd traveler (bed linen/maintenance/towels)

The apartment was cozy and lovely with a well equipped kitchen. The location in the middle of the Marais makes for easy access to shopping, to restaurants, to the Seine, and to the metro at St Pauls.

A great place to stay while visiting Paris. The apartment is locatedin the Marais, and walking distance to a lot of historic sites, museums, and restaurants. Only a few blocks from the Metro so you can easily access all of Paris via the Metro. The mattress was really comfortable too.

My husband and I had a really wonderful experience booking Ines's apartment. It is in a fantastic neighborhood, our favorite, actually. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The St. Paul Metro is a block away. The apartment itself was excellent, well-equipped and immaculate. It's better in person than what the photos show. We will definitely be back to Marais Magic!!!

Beautiful flat on one of the most beautiful streets in the area. Well equipped kitchen & comfortable beds. Wonderful bakeries and shopping steps from the main entrance. We wished we could have stayed longer! Adding a few nighttime photos of the streets below the flat.

The location of this property is a 10/10. It is close to the St. Paul Metro station and is right in the heart of the Marais District which has many restaurants, shops and parks. I loved that it was on the second floor, and a had a lovely street view out the window. I would highly recommend this property for couples or families wanting an authentic Parisian stay.

The Marais district is a vibrant and energetic area full of restaurants, shops and parks to visit. It is central and easy access to all Paris highlights.The apartment was perfect in every way for our needs as it was well supplied and very clean.If it had been hotter I am not sure that the portable AC/fan would have been sufficient. The windows allow a beautiful cross breeze that is cooling and refreshing. When closed the soundproofing is amazing.The apartment is on the second floor and may be hard for folks with compromised mobility. For our purposes it was wonderful.The area around the apartment felt safe and was a mere block from a metro station.Very good stay.

Not a quiet street if the windows are open. Owner came in while we were gone and moved our toiletry bags to the floor and unplugged our essential oil dufusser. Other than that it was a great place with modern bathroom and kitchen. The windows are amazing.

Séjour parfait, localisation idéale au coeur de l’action : commerces, restaurants, attraits (Place des Vosges) et métro. Les fenêtres sur rue doivent être fermées la nuit pour plus de quiétude, mais ces dernières sont très efficaces. Accueil impeccable et attentionné, hôte très réactif !

Host slow to respond to messages, did not provide access information in timely fashion causing hours of waiting around before getting into unit! Location is great for shopping/dining, laundry does not have dryer. No a/c (more like a fan provided). Can be loud if windows open at night.

Family stay in Paris

Great location; the place is beautiful and comfortable - our 2 girls shared the sofa bed and slept well. The table is good and you have enough space even when the sofa bed is out.Unfortunately the owner requested additional payment during our stay in connection with bedding for the sofa bed, even though we booked for 4 from the get go. We explained we will pay those extra fees if they are charged by VRBO.There were no coffee pods or detergent for the washer - not a must but it would have been a nice touch.We still loved the place and the experience, and recommend it - just be aware of requests for extra fees.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Great neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Close to many of the must see sights in Paris. Second floor apartment so not too many stairs. Lots of windows and overlooking picturesque Rue des Rosiers. Host was very easy to reach and answers questions promptly. Check in was easy. We only stayed for three nights but would be great for longer stays. Highly recommend.

No acceptable ac

I booked this place in part so we could have ac knowing we would be there in summer and that I like to be cool through nights. The portable ac provided was moldy and I’m highly allergic so it was not usable; it spat mold spores into the air. Owner claimed to have cleaned it after we tried it but I’m too allergic to have exposure risk especially on vacation and it was not just the filter - it was not safe or healthy to try again. She needs to buy a new clean/safe ac & be ready for summer visitors who want ac access as listed in the posting. She waited to offer a fan so long we had already bought one ourselves by the time she brought one to us. A fan should be in the unit upon arrival especially when the weather report shows extreme heat coming - stayed 10 days and 7 of those were over 85 degrees including a few over 90. The stone walls keep the unit cooler than without them but not nearly cool enough to sleep at night in the dead and humid air and we couldn’t use the fan overnight either due to her instruction so we were not very comfortable or happy. I had long dreamed of this vacation and this put a damper on things. Trying to get real help was like pulling teeth. Another note it would be helpful to know in advance is you can only use the washer between 8am and 7pm, basically the whole time we would never be in the apt. We made it work anyway. Otherwise this is a very clean and spacious apartment on an amazing street but if you’re counting on ac I would not book this spot.

Great apartment in perfect location

Ines’ apartment is terrific. Exactly like the pictures. It’s on the 2nd floor (3rd US floor) with spiral staircase. Ines gave us very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. Small and efficient bathroom but has everything you need. Great kitchen, including a dishwasher. We made several meals there and everything worked well. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Great windows looking out to Rue des Rosiers. Super close to everything you want to see in Marais and two grocery stores within a couple minutes walk. Plus building is very secure. Thank you Ines!

The apartment is well equipped with excellent cooking facilities, washing machine, fridge etcLocation near St Paul metro 2 minutes away. Great coffee and restaurants nearby.We had travelled for a couple of days from Australia arriving early morning, Sally graciously met us and allowed us to put our cases in early.In summary highly recommended.

Apartment is very nice, feel like at home, walking distance to grocery shops and restaurants. we had a bit communication issues with the property owner, firstly we didn't receive check-in instruction we have to ring the property owner on the same day before we arrive to get the information. secondly at the end of our stay, property owner send us message and asked us to pay additional bed and 45euro for dry cleaning which I have rejected as the booking through Wotif includes the entire apartment (3x people & 2 beds) and all costs included, and these costs have not been mentioned at anywhere during the booking, or check in or property instruction. these costs have been waived by the owner at the end. so I thought there might be miscommunication between wotif, Vibo, Stayz, and property owner.

We so enjoyed our week in Paris staying at “Marais Magic!” The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s in such a great location. Ines was very helpful and responsive. We hope to return again very soon!
