The villa exceeds expectations, the pictures do not do it justice. The pool, the outside space are wonderful. The hosts are more than accommodating and do what they can to make the stay even more enjoyable. This is perfect villa for a quiet holiday within easy reach of the big city. We will return. The main reason we chose Pambos and Antonia's house was for the pool and outside space which, as other guests have said, exceeds all expectations - even when expectations had grown quite high… It’s really beautifully maintained with comfortable shade / sun areas, and the pool was clean and perfect. We chose the second house with the upper terrace which gives the opportunity to overlook the surrounding village, hills and sea in the distance. This was a nice bonus but not essential. My partner thought next time he’d prefer the other house, to avoid using the staircase. The first house was kept closed from other guests so we had full use of the courtyard ares with total privacy. This was a luxury for us. Pambos and Antonia had generously provided things for our very late arrival and even Nescafe coffee, eggs and bread for breakfast (not having a car yet). We appreciated that generosity. They also responded swiftly to a request for a fan when the night time heat became high - very kind people. All in all the kind of hosts you hope for when you're tired and new to a place.

Pambos and Antonia are the ultimate hosts. You can tell by the level of attention and the welcome you receive , that they wish every stay to be as restful as possible.The house had everything you could wish for. The pictures don’t do the house justice . The courtyard is large enough so that everyone can enjoy the pool but also have their own space whilst being outside at the same time. The house is very secluded and very quiet , which is the ultimate in a relaxing holiday . I can not recommend this property enough if what you are after is a relaxing holiday by the pool with no distractions . Paphos is only 10 minutes away if you wish to go sightseeing .Ultimately it is the welcome that you receive fromPambos and Antonia , that makes the holiday . The welcome pack you receive is probably the best I have received in a long time and is indicative of how much Pambos puts in to ensure you enjoy your stay . Already making plans for a return visit in 2027

Beautiful traditional property in a quiet village only a short drive to Pathos Old Town or Harbour. The secluded courtyard with a great size pool was ideal for a family holiday. Pambos and Antonia were very helpful, friendly and good communication before and during our stay.

Amazing place to stay

The property is amazing, space, well furnished, has everything you need. Location is brilliant, 4 places to eat within walking distance. Paphos 5 minute drivexand great for access to rest of the coast. Hosts are friendly, just great.

It's obvious that the owners, Pambos and Antonia, take great pride in their property, and they care about the experience of their guests. From the in-person welcome, to the unexpected treats they provided, and the attention to detail in the traditional Cypriot artifacts that adorn the private courtyard and sitting room... it all makes for a one-of-kind stay. While this isn't in the town of Paphos, it was an easy drive down the hill to get into town, and it felt like a real escape, where time slows down and the bustle and sounds of the city disappear. And there's a great taverna just two doors away!

A Perfect Stay at Andigonis House, Mesa Chorio!

Our stay at Andigonis House in Mesa Chorio, Cyprus, was absolutely perfect! The house beautifully blends traditional Cypriot charm with modern comfort, offering breathtaking views of the hills and sea. The peaceful village location provided a true escape, yet we were just a short drive from the vibrant Paphos. Wonderful house

We spent 4 days in this very pretty house during Christmas week. Antonia and Pambos are wonderful hosts, they even left us some groceries for our arrival and a bottle of wine! Everything went extremely well! Having breakfast in the sun was a joy every morning. Do not hesitate you can rent this house with your eyes closed

Excellent Winter Break

We really enjoyed staying in Andigonis house. Antonia and Pambos were both really helpful as we had to alter our dates. Property was excellent with a lovely log fire waiting for us on arrival. This was required every night as it got quite chilly, but we were blessed with excellent weather for the week, 22-24 degrees. Fantastic location for easy access into Paphos, Troudos mountains and the surrounding coast. Car is essential, preferably a small car as a lot of narrow streets. Would highly recommend and will stay again when we go to Cyprus next.

Absolutely incredible

I can't recommend this property enough. It is about a 15-20 drive outside of Paphos in a small village which makes it incredibly quiet and relaxing. Everything you need is supplied and the villa is incredibly private. The owner was kind enough to leave us some basics in the fridge so we didn't have to go shopping straight away which was great. If you want to eat out, it is next to several really nice restaurants which are all in walking distance. It was so good, we are hoping to return next year with a couple of friends.

Great hide away location for families in authentic style

Antonia and Pambos provide this absolutely charming vacation hide away which was just perfect for our two families of 9 people. The kids adored the pool and so the adults were able to come to rest. The house is equipped and decorated with a lot of love in a traditional and authentic way. Even though it was end of October the weather and sea were still really warm. The area is well suited as starting point for excursions. There are to fabulous small Cyprus restaurants nearby (Magic Garden/ Lucas) - actually one oposite and one next door. Finding your way to the premises is not too easy so it is recommended to look on Google Maps for 34°48'29.3"N 32°27'43.1"E or Magic Garden restaurant in Mesa Chorio. So will you safe some time searching :-) @Antonia/ Pambos: Thanks for always being available when we needed help! We had a great time and highly recommend your place and hospitality.

Wonderful 14 days

Wow what a wonderful place to stay. A bit further out from papfos than we are used to but it was well worth the drive. We used both houses and we had so much space. With a large courtyard you get a really private space with a great sized pool. The owner, Pambos came and found us when we got lost arriving in the dark and had provided food, water, wine and beer which was very welcome after a long flight. Parking was on the street which can be busy with customers for the 2 restaurants nearby but we were always able to park. We had an amazing holiday and are all sad to be back home. The only thing that could have made my holiday any better would have been a dishwasher. With 7 of us i washd up a lot :0). Can't recommend this place enough. We will be back.

Wonderful clean and peaceful property

We all thought the property was gorgeous to look at and was in an incredibly quiet and peaceful location even though there were a few restaurants within a few minutes' walk and other houses around. Just a few minutes outside of Pafos/Paphos. House was clean and had all necessary items for use of house and pool (inc rings, sunloungers, floats). Pool was larger than it looked in photos and depths were 1.2 to 1.7m and was always crystal clear and lovely. The house was not so easy to find due to some recent road changes not reflected in Google. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to msgs and left some basic food items for us on arrival. No parking with the property but we never had problems parking in some spaces about 20m away. Overall a great stay and fully happy that we got what we had wanted and booked.

Incredible stay at the most beautiful villa!

Upon arrival you cant help but be taken a back by how stunning this villa is, and even by our last day I was still in awe by its beauty. Its been renovated to a high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We was a group of 4 adults, 2 couples. We opted to rent both houses which provided enough privacy for each of us. There are some wonderful restaurants within throwing distance if you didnt want to cook. You will need a car for your stay as there is not a supermarket within walking distance, but its only a 5-10 minute drive away. One of my favourite memories of our holiday was sitting on the super large terrace to watch the sunset, it has perfect views going down to the coast, and also across the mountains. The hosts have thought of everything and were fantastic at communicating on the run up to our holiday. 100% i will be returning! Thank you Pambos and Antonia x

This is a beautiful villa set in a quiet village. The pictures don't do it justice. The courtyard is spacious and very pretty, plenty of sun and shade available and very clean. The pool is a good size and our boys spent most of the day in there. Lots of different areas to enjoy and relax in. There is a lovely Taverna about a minute's walk away (if that) and we had a number of very good meals there. Mainly locals eating there which is a good sign. There is also a Kebab restaurant a few mins away too. We spent a number of evenings at the villa having a BBQ as it was so nice. Inside was very comfortable and the shower was great too! Very conveniently located for most activities - nothing was more than a 15/20 minute drive away. Our hosts were fantastic- Pambos met us at the villa on arrival to show us around and he had arranged a welcome hamper to get us started. He also gave us some fruits from his garden. He arranged to come over a couple of times a week to clear the rubbish and clean the pool etc and was always available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this villa - we only used one of the houses but if you were two families or had grandparents with you, the second house would work well as everyone would still have their own space and there would be plenty of outdoor space for all. A lovely villa in a gorgeous location - we hope to return one day.
