The Springs Lodge at River Run offers the best amenities of all the River Run properties within the Keystone Ski Resort. With a beautiful swimming pool adorned with rock walls, a slide for kids, and a designated toddler pool, The Springs Lodge amenities cannot be beat! The complex offers two hot tubs, one for families and one for adults only.

A fitness room, steam room and sauna are located adjacent to the lobby which has vaulted ceilings, a waterfall, and pool table. Also adjacent to the lobby is a movie theater room with black walls, a seven-foot screen, comfortable reclining chairs, and an audio-visual system anyone can use. Bring your own DVDs and enjoy a family movie night! A toddler playroom complete with a playhouse and toys allows the little ones some excitement as well!

The complex is one of the closest in proximity to the gondola at Keystone Ski Resort as well as the center of River Run Village where you will find all the shops, restaurants, activities, and nightlife in Keystone! Free WiFi and ski storage are also included for guests to use, and parking is available for one vehicle in the underground parking garage.

The Springs Lodge 8906 is a unique two-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium located on the fifth floor of the complex offering out-of-this-world mountain views. This 880-square-foot property includes an extra bathroom as well as all the amenities of home.

A full kitchen includes three barstools and a dining table. A three-quarters bathroom is located off the entry and is perfect for the guests utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room includes a gas fireplace and walkout balcony furnished with seating and a small table. Expansive views from the balcony offer plenty to view while enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, flatscreen television, and en-suite full master bathroom complete with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and flatscreen television, and en-suite full bathroom with a deep soaking tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great family condo

We love the Springs with the super close proximity to the lifts and the amazing pool and hot tubs. This condo was perfect for our family. 5th floor condo offered higher ceilings and large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has everything we needed and we will be back!

Perfect Condo for our family vacation.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pans and dishes to be able to make meals in the kitchen after a full day of snowboarding. Each bedroom had plenty of storage with drawers and the closets which is sometimes not always the case with condos. The sleeper couch was comfortable enough to be slept on each night, since the teen and preteen didn't want to share the queen in the guest bed. The fireplace was great to come back and get cozy next too. We had plenty of room to play family card games in the evening as well. We loved the condo! It really helped make our vacation perfect. So easy to go down and get our boards from the locker and walk 2 minutes to the River Run Gondola. The boys loved the pool and hot tub as well! Booking and getting in were super easy through Vacasa. We would definitely recommend it!

Not ski in/out, no sauna, no laundry on our floor, broken elevator, no customer service

This is a nice place to stay, but the description is misleading to the point where I can say we did not get what was paid for. I'll get the bad out of the way:- It's listed as ski in/out - Vacasa literally says you can "ski in and out of the property", but is a 6 minute walk from the gondola. - It says it has a sauna and a steam room. The sauna does not exist. - it says laundry is available on every floor. It is not. - the elevator to our floor was broken for the entire stay, and apparently a week prior. - the hot tub was broken for a day, and the water feature in the lobby was not operational. - There is almost no customer service. You have to use Vacasa customer service, and their chat/email always takes 2 days come back with a "we'll talk to the management" useless middleman response.- The mattresses are so used they have ruts, but are decently comfortableGood:Quiet!Good location. Not ski in/out though. Decent kitchenNice lobby and outdoor area. Pool table,Movie theater room (if you have DVDs or an HDMI device), nice little kids playroom. The fitness and steam area is pretty nice and is well stocked with towels The rating would have been high if the description had matched. I felt kinda ripped off considering all the amenities that were not present.

While the property itself was clean, provided adequate space, and was conveniently located, Vacasa made our experience memorably bad. We drove in from out of state with a full size suv and cargo topper. We were not informed of a parking clearance limitation until the day before check in (well after cx window had passed!); I’ve triple checked all emails. Given that the map showed a surface lot next door, I figured we’d be able to use our pass for the lot as we’d done at other places. We arrived to find that the entire surface lot is now a construction zone. No surface lot parking (and it also lengthened the walk to the gondola—it’s about a 5-10min walk, definitely not a ski in ski out property any longer). Long story short, i spent the better part of a day and a half trying to get someone at Vacasa to provide the parking promised, to no avail. I made multiple phone calls, was promised that multiple messages were left for the local manger to call me back, and zero assistance was provided. Keystone Resorts eventually graciously found us a solution while local Vacasa management couldn’t be bothered to even make contact. The first part of Vacasa’s tagline is “book confidently…” and I can assure you that i will never book a Vacasa property again because i have no confidence in their services, integrity, or care for their customers’ experience. The listing should be revised to reflect up to date circumstances and I’d highly recommend the owner reconsider their management.

Great time!

We stayed for a week and had enough space for our family of 4 + 1 sister in law. I wish there was a laundry in unit, but there was enough tp/paper towels/ linens to make our stay so nice. Location was great! Easy access to River Run Village, and even to Dillon for more stores. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Springs Lodge with our 2 and 1 year old. Adorable little playroom on 1st floor, splash area at the pool, close walk to gondola, restaurants and playgrounds. Quiet room and spacious layout. And a great view from the balcony!

For future guests its important to know that THE SPRINGS is one of the best locations in all of Keystone. It's next to the gondola and the rooms are excellent. High marks for Gondola Resorts (www.gondolaresorts.com) who made this booking easy. They even took care of our ski rentals and airport transfers. We will be back.

Great location and very clean. The 3 bathrooms is great. The lodge looks very nice, but something are closed due to covid now. Make sure you get your hot tub reservations early as they fill up quick.

Best trip ever!

Excellent location for the price. Convenient ski storage area, short walk to Gondola every morning. Two hot tubs (and one is adult only). Two elevators in the building, but only one went to up to the fifth floor. We did not have any issues with the elevator being slow or crowded - but it was a slow week (which made it even better for us). We look forward to staying there again. We were there 2/29/20 - 3/3/20.

Keystone Condo

The condo & location were great Had a few problems. Unit is on the 5th floor and 2 mornings the elevator didn't work so we had to walk down 5 flights of stairs in ski boots. The location & mechanism for obtaining/returning the keys is very awkward (a locking key holder, with tough to open cover, mounted on the ground in a dark area). Water pressure in the showers leaves much to be desired, We managed to have a great time in spite of the challenges.

Great condo 3 minutes from River Run Gondola and the Village. Balcony. Three bathrooms is nice. Excellent outdoor pool and hot tub patio, ready to grille. Pool table, kids play area and small gym. Available bus stop. Ski lockers. Underground parking. I would recommend upgraded firmer mattresses.
