We do want to clarify for future guests that the elevator, pool area features, and game/play room are all building amenities managed by the HOA and are outside of our direct control. These issues were communicated during your stay as updates became available to us, and we understand the frustration when shared amenities are temporarily unavailable. We’re happy to report that these items have since been addressed, and the building elevators are currently undergoing a major modernization project intended to help prevent similar issues moving forward. While we manage the condo itself, operation and maintenance of the shared building facilities are handled separately by the HOA. We appreciate your understanding and hope you still enjoyed your time in the area.

Great location!

This cozy 2 bedroom was a short few minute walk to the Gondola, and the apartment complex had amazing amenities, including hot tubs, heating parking, and ski lockers!

Great condo!

Great condo if you are traveling with kids. Beds are all comfy and second bedroom can sleep 4 each with their own twin bed. Once the construction is finished for the new condos, the walk to the gondola will be shorter making it even better. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent choice for our family ski trip

The Springs was an excellent location for our family. Well maintained and a couple hundred yards from the gondola, easy enough to walk with my two 8 year olds. Easy check in, heated parking and convenient ski lockers. We really enjoyed the kids play room for my 4 & 1 year olds. Super close to town, too; also an easy walk with the young kids. Will stay again!

Property was in great location to the main gondola, easy to walk too. Condo was cleaned and had everything you needed for cooking supplies. Comfortable bedding and overall good property

The stay was okay, I loved the size of the unit but one bedroom was too tight. Too many beds. It was dark inside, lighter paint colors or better lighting would brighten up the rooms.

Only down side: some parents allowed children to run in the halls in the evening and allowed them to play in the common areas unsupervised.
