My neighborhood is a VERY quiet residential area. South Philly is not an upscale destination but has a rich and diverse culture. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with the area. Our street is very safe and I have spent a lot of time on the block including many guests with no issues. Its diverse and has a lot going for it as it continues to develop. Like some of Philly, there are some parts that are not that great but I LOVE the area that Im in. It has a great community feeling and everyone is so polite. Don't judge a book by its cover Philly has great attractions and culture. Theres so many attractions near by such as Rittenhouse square and East Passyunk (which is a top food destination). Please contact me should you have any questions.
There’s free street parking right across from the house. Most of the time parking is directly in front of the house, if not just a few cars down. Please note that you must park on the curb. Philly has narrow streets thanks to it’s history and parking on the curb is part of the Philly lifestyle.
