This clean, minimalist home is the perfect place to stay and relax while you are in Philadelphia. It has a rooftop deck with a fantastic view of the city. Other amenities include a gym, an office area featuring a balcony, a backyard, and Apple TVs connected to every TV in the house with quite a few free streaming services in case you want to watch a movie or keep up with a show you're watching when you're not exploring the city. You're close to central Philly but far enough away for some quiet time if you need it. Great restaurants, bars, and bike-sharing are only a few blocks away.

Thomas thought of everything we would ever possibly need during our stay! The home was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, phone chargers were available throughout, and multiple streaming services were available on each of the TVs. Plenty of space and bathrooms for privacy, and a nice gathering area for together time. Stores and dining were within walking distance, and it felt very safe. Families with kids and dogs were usually walking along my same route. Parking was never an issue. We only needed to use the parking garage once during our week stay, and it was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

I chose Point Breezy for location to U Penn and size. There were 5 of us from ages of 18-78, and we needed 4 separate sleeping arrangements with adequate bathrooms. This beautifully furnished home had it all. Comfortable beds after long tiring days, bathrooms that were very well supplied, a wonderful kitchen with everything needed to meet our needs including a great coffee bar. We enjoyed both patios. It was especially nice to have private sleeping areas to meet differing sleeping schedules. The neighborhood offered several places we enjoyed walking to for a meal as well as a store that also made good sandwiches. We always felt safe walking and people were welcoming and friendly. We stayed a full week and thoroughly enjoyed. 8/14-21. Thomas, the owner/manager was always available and helpful from beginning to checkout. Hope to revisit in 4 years for graduation! Be kind to our grandson, Philly! We’re leaving you one of our best. Char/ TX
