The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. A loft area provides additional lounge space with a sofa and chair.

The location was excellent - very close to the Village.Was very clean, but you are at the mercy on somethings of the people who stayed there before you (i.e. cooking utensils in the drawers that didn't go through the dishwasher, BBQ wasn't cleaned properly).Was a great stay. Will definitely think about staying there again.

The property was very large and well appointed. We had plenty of space for our family of four. It is a very short walk to Blue Mtn which was very convenient. The communication with the Property Management was excellent. Overall, it was a great property, and I would recommend and stay there again.

Great location, house is big to fit 6 comfortably. All kitchen equipments and supplies are there. We finally get YouTube access but wifi is slow. It is a good weekend getaway location and venue. Host response is immediate and helpful.

We booked this villa for our girls' weekend and we were incredibly happy with it. Not only was the layout perfect to accommodate all 8 of us (so much room for sleeping and lounging), the property was incredibly close to The Village. Only a 2 minute (or so) walk which made it nice and convenient. Lots of parking for our cars but we didn't even need them all weekend. The hosts were fantastic. They responded so quickly to our messages and were so helpful and polite.

Great place for family getaway

Quick and friendly communication and responses from the property owners. Fantastic location to get around the village. Property is set up nicely to comfortably house a large family like ours. Had some minor issues with cleanliness (I have very young children so maybe I’m just more particular) but owners have assured they will address that. Would definitely return.

Not For Seniors couples

There were several disappointments with this property. We like to cook and this property was poorly equipped for this. The toaster oven is filled with mould.Several of the cooking utensils were filthy.There is a jumble of basically useless odds and end filling the lower kitchen cupboards and the frying pans need to be replaced. There are two BBQs which are both filled with rust and old old sediment.Scary to use. The entire property is dirty.Baseboards and closets have not been cleaned in years and the ceiling fan is so loaded with dust that it throws out dirt onto the wall and ceiling when turned on. The guest bathroom has black mould in the shower..this is dangerous.. The windows and patio doors are so dirty that you cannot see out and the blinds covering them are filthy. All The floor mats and carpets are in desperate need of deep clean,shampoo.The property got 3 stars for the renovated bathroom sinks and toilets.And the layout. We have travelled extensively and this rental was ,despite the pictures ,which must have been taken many many years ago,one of our biggest disappointments . Our suggestion would be to have the entire place deep cleaned, top to bottom and then painted. Anne and Tim and Bob and Karen

Hello Anne, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It is only through guests' honest feedback that we can improve our offering. As you can see from the countless 5-star reviews we have received, we pride ourselves on responding to guests' needs. Your stay, perhaps unfortunately, came right at the end of a very busy summer for us. We had already booked a deep clean of the entire condo with our cleaning staff and it will be completed soon. It is unfortunate that deep cleans are not possible with back-to-back stays during peak season, but our hard-working cleaning staff always ensures that our condo is both cleaned and sanitized before each new guests' arrival. As you know, we had advised you that we are in the process of getting a new BBQ and converting it to gas, which will be another benefit for our future guests. Unfortunately, some guests are hard on our supplies. Brand new pots and pans were purchased in June of this year, but we are happy to replace them again if need be. We have only owned this place since the Spring of 2018, at which time we renovated the living room and all the bathrooms, so we can assure you that the photos are recent. Please accept our apology that you had a less than stellar experience. Ulana
