La maison correspondait bien à l’annonce et offrait un cadre agréable. Cependant, notre séjour a été fortement perturbé par des travaux de terrassement réalisés juste devant le jardin, de 8 h à 17 h durant toute la semaine. Cela nous a empêchés de profiter pleinement de la terrasse et de l’extérieur.Ces travaux ont également entraîné une prolifération d’insectes volants dans le garage, ce qui a ajouté une gêne supplémentaire.Nous aurions apprécié être informés en amont de ces travaux, car cela aurait pu influencer notre choix ou au moins nous préparer à ces désagréments.

Comme je vous disai lors de nos diffèrents échanges par Sms, nous attendions ces travaux du lotisseur depuis 20 ans pour la mise en conformité du bassin . Ils devaient intervenir début avril, Nous n'avons jamais eu par la suite connaissance de leurs dates d'intervention. Leurs travaux ont engendré ces insectes volants que nous n'avions plus la semaine suivante. Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour ces désagréments.

Entspannter Urlaub

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Herrliche Strände in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sauber, Ausstattung in der Küche sehr gut. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Maison parfaite ! Propre bien placée et avec un équipement très bien. Les hôtes sont très gentils et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite attention a notre arrivé. L'endroit est magnifique et extrêmement calme.

PARFAIT

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Maison située dans une impasse au calme. Maison propre, bien entretenue à la décoration soignée. 15 minutes à pieds de la mer et de la plage de Pléhérel, super! La maison est très bien située pour découvrir les Côtes d'Armor, magnifique région. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, météo favorable, le soleil. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune restriction. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Sehr schönes haus.alles da was man braucht.angenehm war auch die garage.nette übergabe.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.objekt liegt in einer seitenstrasse die sehr ruhig ist.garten und terasse waren sehr schön.

Schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter, sehr gut ausgestattet, Garage perfekt für Fahrräder. Internet für 20 € / Woche etwas teuer und recht langsam (3Mbit/s). Der Wasserdruck war etwas niedrig, gleichzeitiges Duschen im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss kaum möglich

Erholung pur!!!

Super ruhig gelegen, sauberer geht`s nicht, Küchenausstattung hervorragend und nur 10 minuten zu Fuß bis zum herrlichen Strand. Mit ruhigem Gewissen kann man das Haus empfehlen.

Tolles Haus in netter Umgebung und Strandnähe

Wir haben über drei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus praktisch, da umzäunt und kein Durchgangsverkehr. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, um abwechslungsreich zu kochen. Der Strand ist in Laufnähe, ebenso ein sehr schönes Bistro und ein Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit bei Mme und M. Coquillet! Merci!

Propriété très agréable, très calme et très bien située dans cette merveilleuse région.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison. Nous avons bien profité du jardin, de la plage qui se trouve à un quart d'heure à pied. Il y a aussi de nombreux bons restaurant près de la propriété. Pour ceux qui aiment les visites, il y a énormément de choses a découvrir à une heure de route de la maison. Bref, la maison est très belle, et située dans une très belle région.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sauber und sehr praktisch ausgelegt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Unsere fünfköpfige Familie hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Bettwäsche muss mitgebracht werden - bitte beachten, dass die Betten in Frankreich andere Maße haben und auch die Bettdecken für 2 Personen gedacht sind! Einfach vorher bei M. und Mme Coquillet nachfragen - die beiden sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. M. et Mme Coquillet - Merci pour tout et surtout pour votre confiance.

La maison se situe dans un endroit très calme pas loin de la mer. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Le Cap Fréhel est très beau. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce Gîte très propre avec garage pour voiture.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans une maison impeccable, très propre, pratique et calme

Nos vacances ont été três reposantes et nous en remercions vivement les propriétaires qui nous ont très bien accueillis. La maison était impeccable: très propre, claire et pratique avec une belle terrasse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir aller le soir à pied sur la plage et déguster une bonne frites dans le petit resto en rentrant. Le beau temps était de la partie et nous avons pu découvrir un autre coin de Bretagne. Nous y reviendrons!
