ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. This property is located in Red Fish Village, on 30A The complex borders the beautiful Redfish Lake and provides a boardwalk and overlook pavilion to explore the surrounding nature and soak in all of the scenery.

BEACH ACCESS: Private beach across street, about 3 blocks walk (has restrooms, & showers) just east of Blue Mountain Regional public beach. There is some parking, coolers, wagons, and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- 1 parking spot in the garage with overflow anywhere in the parking lot.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

This was the perfect place for our week of spring break! Red Fish Village is in the center of coffee, donuts, cute places to eat and drink, ice cream shops, etc. A short walk to the beach. The pool and warm tub are nice if the beach is too windy. The private beach and gated entrance are wonderful. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week! We would stay here again!

So beautiful and clean! Amazing location in Blue Mountain (not as crowded as some other parts of 30A). Super short walk to the beach and the pool was amazing too! We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at this property! It's located in an awesome location with lots of spots walkable. Very clean and stoked wonderfully. Managers Joy and Hollie were as awesome as the last time we stayed in October. We found the living area/kitchen to be even more spacious than in the photos. We would stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous property! Hollie, the property manager, was wonderful. She checked on us daily and her attention to detail was so appreciated! There were cookies, wine, and fresh flowers upon our arrival. We have rented many vacation properties, but this experience surpassed them all. Will definitely rent from 30A Beach Girls again!

Everything was perfect about our stay. The condo was beautiful with lots of space for all of us, all beds were comfortable and kitchen equipped with everything we needed to make our stay complete and hassle free. The view from the condo deck was beautiful in the morning, just trees and birds singing. Everyone at 30a beach girls was quick to answer any questions I had about our stay and about their event they hosted for fashion week. Appreciated the free ride from the airport and buy groceries picked up. The bonfire night with taco bar and margaritas was the perfect closing for an amazing stay! I highly recommend this property and this group!

Wonderful trouble free visit.

We were a family of 4 and we loved the unit. It was really clean and the kitchen literally had everything we needed. The unit was very clean which we loved. We have rented other properties from VRBO and the cleaning wasn't up to par. I always look for crumbs in the kitchen drawers and dirt in the corners of the floors. This unit was spotless. The location to everything was simply amazing and within walking distance. 30a beach girls communicates reguarly and are very helpful. We can't wait to return.

This condo has been our favorite and we have loved each time we have stayed here. 30a beach girls, Hollie, Joy, and Jessica as always go above and beyond. They provide services far superior to any we have experienced. Weekly cleanings, grocery delivery, airport transport, when our granddaughter visited they came in and decorated for her recent graduation. They always go above and beyond. Redfish Village, always delivers!

We’ve stayed at Redfish Village many times, it never disappoints. And once again, it was perfect. This unit is perfect. Clean, clean, and cleaner! All the amenities you can need including cooking utensils, bathroom essentials, and beach toys/chairs. In addition, we were celebrating my parents 50th Anniversary, Hollie surprised my parents with a small red velvet cake and a card wishing them a happy Anniversary. A very nice touch. Hollie responded quickly to all communication and we always willing to answer any questions we had about the property. This was a 100 A+ stay and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer unit. It was immaculate and decorated like an episode of Fixer Upper. Thanks so much, Hollie!

Working with Hollie and “ Beach Girls” was a great experience. It was a double layer of information and protection. Our particular travel plans got jumbled when Southwest had its mysterious “ complications” with service. We decided to drive from Kansas City so our arrival was after midnight …. When we called to inform Them they sent us several various routes to check and informed is again of procedure to get into condo! Lights were on and cookies on the island …. A sweet way to take care of 2 road weary girlfriends starting a nice beach trip! The Condo was beyond lovely and a place I hope to return! Gail Gage and Angie Warwick Ps our one request for increased warm h20 on bathroom taken care of immediately!!😎

Beautiful and comfortable condo with a very large pool. The playground was nice, and we liked using the gas grills. The beach is an easy, approximately one block walk or take the shuttle. We hope to return soon! We really enjoyed staying at this home in Redfish Village and would recommend it to others. I appreciate your attention to details, such as leaving water bottles! Thank you for responding so quickly when I needed anything.

What a gorgeous condo, spotless and beautifully decorated. So much room for our family gathering of 6 and for quiet space alone, the private deck was enjoyed by all. Loved the convenience of three en suite bathrooms. Megan and Kellie our host couldn't have been better as hosts. Didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked amazing. The beach was a short walk, enjoyed dinning close by. Hope to be back some day.

Our stay overall was great! The condo was fully stocked with fresh clean towels, TP, laundry detergent the list goes on. If we had forgotten anything we needed most likely they had it available. The location to beach was perfect about a 5 min walk. Property managers communication with us was nice she texted and called to check in on us to make sure everything was running and working properly. Only issue we had was wanting to wash our car, no near by car wash. We would book again and would recommend.

Beautiful condo! Extremely clean, spacious, very modern with everything you need at your fingertips. The beds were beyond comfortable with 5 star linens. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Loved the pool and beach was just down the road. Took us less than 5 minutes to walk. Managers Hollie, Megan and Joy always responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this home. Quiet area. New Englanders ---thinking of becoming Floridians!

Our group found this 30a beach girls property to be everything we hoped for and more. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a long day of activities, beach girls hooked us up with bikes. We rode them miles everyday! Condo is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Only con was the two double beds were squeaky according to my teens. The welcome sangrias and charcuterie were so AMAZING!! We ordered them a second nighty! The kitchen has amazing appliances and plenty of counter space for any group staying here. The loving room was comfy and again so beautifully decorated. Appreciate the cleanliness factor with covid going on, everything was fresh and spotless. We were definitely sad to leave but look forward to coming back, Ty and Hollie are house hunting for us!

Beautiful Accommodations

Although the process of renting and the check in did not go smoothly (we were given the wrong access code to enter and waited 30 mins outside with a baby until the property management replied), the accommodations are beautiful, clean and very inviting! Once inside we were more than happy. There was everything we needed plus more. The location was great and although not directly on the beach, the walk was short and we took the trolly cart one day to the beach which the kids enjoyed. The pool was lovely as well. We loved having Redfish Taco on property and it was delicious. We had a great stay and would recommend this accommodation to others.

This was by far the best trip we have ever taken!! 30 a beach girls is so wonderful to work with. First I forgot half the items I needed and they loaned me a few items! THANK YOU! Then they helped us navigate planning a bonfire, boat rental, dolphin tour and coming into their welcome package...spend the money it was sooo worth it. Sangrias and charcuterie yes please all day! The condo is amazing, very clean and so cute. We loved the decor and it was so comfy. Redfish pool was always fun, hour lounging around!! We are already planning next year. Hollie thank you so much!!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort throughout the condo. Michelle and Hollie was very responsive to what few questions we had about the area. They accommodated our needs for baby equipment and bikes! The bonfire they set up for us was the highlight of our trip. This is our first time using a company that handles extra needs and activities. It was so nice getting an itinerary instead of spending countless hours on the phone and computer! Then having the extra equipment and groceries delivered was icing on the cake! Thank you 30 A Beach Girls for a turn key vacation!!! The location was very close to stores, beaches and multiple activities. I would highly recommend a stay here.
