Tranquila en un parque de una hectárea, esta casa contemporánea de 300 m2 (5 espigas) ofrece multitud de servicios. Una piscina cubierta climatizada desde mayo hasta el 15 de septiembre, una sauna de infrarrojos de espectro completo, una sala de juegos con billar, mesa de aire y futbolín.
Amplio, cómodo y luminoso, consta de: 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, 2 aseos, una gran sala de estar, un salón con vista a la piscina (pantalla plana de 160 con barra de sonido en bluetooth y conectividad con caja de 140 canales de televisión) Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos pequeños y grandes (nevera americana, thermomix ...). wifi, equipamiento para bebés a petición.
Exterior: piscina cubierta por un refugio seguro (10 * 4), gran terraza de piedra natural (alrededor de 100 m²), barbacoa, muebles de jardín, aparcamiento privado, tenis de mesa, tejo y dardos.

Excellent house with a wide range of facilities. The pool was fabulous and the games room was a real bonus. The hosts were very helpful we would highly recommend this property for a short break or a longer relaxing holiday

Family Holiday

Fantastic property and we had a lovely time. The property is exceptional, high end finishes and a ‘cooks kitchen’ with everything you could need to prepare great meals. High end appliances and every gadget possible. Every kitchen drawer had all I needed and more.The beds were really comfortable with good quality bedding, lots of towels. Powerful showers, a new fitted kitchen, plancha grill and charcoal BBQ, loungers, chairs, games room, a able tennis, petange court, air hockey, pool table, tv (all French, Sky News) Netflix.There are too many wonderful things to say about this home and the owners were just lovely. The welcome and leaving gifts were beautiful.One of our party had reduced mobility, there were a few steps within the property and these were carefully navigated.We cannot fault this property, its location and beautiful gardens. Minutes from a Super U with great selection including a fish and meat counter, fuel station too. We would definitely stay here again and would high recommend this to friends and family alike.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home x

Perfect.

Simply perfect. Photos on the listing are good, but do not really do the house justice, it's just lovely. Plenty of room for a large group, nice kitchen, indoor room to lounge if wanted, but the outside is where it shines. The pool, covered seating area, table and chairs with awning - the pool! A huge property to wander if so desired. Just - wow..... Bonus, the house is located in a lovely small village, with some interesting spots to visit and a market day Wednesday. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Will absolutely return to this gorgeous oasis.

Beautiful property

We just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house was perfect for our family of four (and a couple of visits from friends passing through) Clean and well equipped (especially the American sized fridge😁). The grounds are pristine and the weather allowed us to utilize all of the outdoor eating and living areas (and pool) almost every day. The village is quaint and walkable from the house. My son hit one of the local boulangeries almost every morning on the way back from his daily runs. This was a great find for us as we used it as a home base for day trips to the Loire valley and Normandie and some lovely chill days by the pool in between.

Photos don't do it justice!

This property is amazing! There were 8 of us (4 adults 4 children) and there was more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (apart from a grater and oven gloves!) and the games room was brilliant. We spent most of our time in the sun room and by the pool - the cover over it is ingenious. The village of Fresnay is a 10 min walk away. It has a few shops, a mini supermarket and bakeries but it's worth finding out when they're open as they all seemed to differ. This is a beautiful villa and would definitely stay here again for a week of relaxing by the pool.

Fantastic getaway

We stayed at this wonderful house for eight nights. There were ages 4-89 in the group and the house suited us all. Check in and out was made easy by Régis who gave us a tour on our arrival. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Two bathrooms and one en-suite shower made mornings easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook food, as well as a lot of equipment we didn’t even use. The living areas were big enough for us all to fit in, after we’d spent hours outside by the pool in the cooler evenings. The pool itself was our highlight. The roof kept the water warm so that even on the coldest day it was still warm enough to swim. The town is easy to walk to and has two bakeries as well as bars and a market. A Super U is also in walking distance. Overall we had a really enjoyable week and would definitely return in the future.

Absolute Heaven

I don't know where to start with this gorgeous property. From the moment we entered the Estate, we were blown away. We had a full tour around the house and the gardens on arrival with Christelle who was so warm and welcoming. The amount of land this property has is absolutely fantastic and all the gardens were beautiful and manicured. The pool is incredible, it has a cover at night which keeps the pool warm at 30 degrees in the day. There are two wonderful sitting areas, one with a canopy and one with sparkly lights. We also had a BBQ and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could imagine. The rooms are beautiful with balconies and lovely views. There is a games room with Air Hockey, a pool table and football. One of the rooms has a sauna and the property has three showers and two toilets. There was also table tennis and boules to play with. We loved that we could walk into town within 10 minutes, 3 bakeries, restaurants and a lovely bar called the Celtic by the church. Only a 10 minute drive away is the Alpes Mancelle, beautiful town with a lovely Italian and kayaking. There is also a Super U within 3 minutes drive of the property. It's 100% a 5 star resort with plenty to do. We loved this home so much, we've booked for next year. The owners are so lovely and we thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Fantastic House, Excellent Facilities, Quiet Location, Helpful Owners! Would Highly Recommend! 5*

The house was beautiful and modern and had been recently renovated to the highest standard. We were made to feel welcome by the owner and could keep in touch via SMS if needed. Outside is a large garden which my children loved, the pool is heated and has a cover, the BBQ is provided and there is a table and chairs under a canopy. The garden is surrounded by tall conifers so although there are neighbours you never see them. The driveway has remote operated security gates and the garden can be lit at night. The bedrooms are all very modern with four large double beds, bunk beds and also cot. The showers are all very large walk-in style and all very modern. The sauna is also a delight to use and a great way to end the day! The lounge has a large dining table that would seat 12 people and a large sitting area with 2 sofas. The kitchen has another small dining table and that looks onto the conservatory. In the basement there is a pool table, air hockey table and also a table football table. My boys had such great fun and their pool skills improved greatly in the week we were there! The town has a large Supermarket (Super U) only 10 minute walk away and you can get pretty much all you need there. There is also a baker in the village which sells excellent bread and pastries. It is called La Petite Paysanne and is situated on Rue Bailleul and about 10 minutes walk. If you want to go somewhere larger there is a shopping centre just as you enter Alencon which I would recommend. There are also lots of shops in Le Mans. We would recommend not using the motorway to get there but using the regular road that the locals use (D338) as you pass through some picturesque villages on the way (particularly to Le Mans). The Le Mans Race Track museum and tour is excellent and I would recommend. The Le Mans cathedral and old town are also very worthwhile visiting (the cathedral is truly spectacular). We parked in the car park behind Pathé Le Mans Quinconces which is directly opposite the cathedral. In Alencon we parked in the large car park next to the court house on Rue Alexandre 1 er and walked through the Parc Des Promenades. There is a very large play park at the far end of the park. There are loads of bars and cafes in the area to enjoy. So overall the house is fantastic and the local area has a huge amount of potential for those looking to split their time between relaxing at the house and touring the immediate area. I would highly recommend this house!

Trés belle demeure ,spacieuse, confortable, trés propre avec une decoration soigné,au calme avec de nombreuses prestations. lNous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du sauna, manger en exterieur tres grand terrain bien sécurisé . Un accueil chaleureux ,de la part de nos hôtes mettant a disposition un lit d enfant et jeux pour notre petite fille.

3 jours dans les Alpes Mancelles

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la très belle propriété de Régis et Christelle qui sont des hôtes charmants et très arrangeants. Super séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette location. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter sur place, même avec des enfants en bas âges comme nous. Excellent séjour

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’accueil du propriétaire qui a accepté des horaires d’arrivée et de départ différents que ceux prévus à l’origine. Nos enfants et petits-enfants se sont régalés avec les aménagements de distraction (petit manque pour les plus jeunes : balançoire par exemple). La maison permet à chacun de disposer d’un espace privatif. Le mobilier et les annexes, tant intérieur qu’extérieur, sont intérieur, sont bien adaptées pour les dix personnes que nous étions. Allez-y sans crainte.
