T2 apartment of good standing classified 3 stars very bright and tastefully decorated ideally located on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet residence, with lift, sea and harbor views. Southwest location.

It includes 1 large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a large walk-in closet, a living room with 1 sofa bed and 2 armchairs, 1 flat screen TV in the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, dolce coffee maker gusto + another electric, fridge with 4 induction hobs.
A bathroom with bathtub + washing machine, separate toilets, a sea view balcony equipped with terrace furniture.

All the shutters are rolling and electric. The residence is secured by a digital code.

You will also have a closed garage in the basement to secure your car.

The many shops are nearby, The beaches, as well as Thalassotherapy which has just had a makeover.

Appartement très agréable, très sécurisé avec une magnifique vue sur le port de plaisance. Très bien situé dans un quartier très calme à cette période. Magasins, restaurants, circuits de randonnée, tout est proche si on aime déambuler. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des magnifiques paysages du golfe. Un sejour vraiment requinquant.

L ' appartement ne fait pas tout !

L appartement est bien situé et en bon état. Par contre il n est pas indiqué dans l annonce qu il n y a pas de Freezer et pas de congélateur ! Le four n est pas facile à utiliser car il est placé bien trop haut. L arrivée à été chaotique , plan du parking inexploitable. Propriétaire absente pour l arrivée et le départ , nous avons dû retourner chez la propriétaire à 17 km allez 17 km autour pour récupérer les clés sous un pot de fleur... Tres Mauvais service. MSD

Afin de vous éviter de l'attente, je vous avais donc préparé le plan détaillé pour vous rendre à mon domicile récupérer les clés, à Brillac à 8 kms d' Arzon, cette commune est située sur votre route ainsi qu'un plan détaillé pour vous rendre à l'appartement. Je suis étonnée de lire aujourd'hui que cela vous avait posé problème. Je vous souhaite une bonne journée

BEL APPARTEMENT MAIS UN PEU VIEILLOT

L'appartement a une vue sublime et un joli balcon mais l'état du store et des bras empêchent d'en profiter. (forte dégradation par la rouille et le calcaire, quasi impossible de le manoeuvrer). Une porte de placard cuisine à redresser. Face au port mais loin (13kms) des plages sans cailloux !!! Voiture indispensable pour trouver plage de sable. Commerces de tourisme tous proches mais alimentation en supermarché à 30mn à pieds. L'appartement est propre.

Très bon séjour

Appartement idéalement situé avec vue sur le port et la mer. très calme au mois de mai. Bien équipé mais il manque un compartiment freezer dans le réfrigérateur, pas de possibilité de faire des glaçons ou de congeler des blocs réfrigérants. Gênant par temps très chaud.

Dommage

Nous aurions pu passer un séjour tranquille vu la période ( pas grand monde dans la résidence) sans cette fête sur le port juste en dessous de nous. De ce fait, difficulté de trouver l’immeuble. Sinon le logement est agréable et suffisant pour 2 personnes.
