Ground floor: kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), living room and toilet.
Floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x190, 1 bed 120x190, 1 folding bed, 1 bathroom and toilet. Private garden with terrace, barbecue, table tennis.
Terrace courtyard.
Ten minutes from Dinan and the Rance Valley, 25 minutes from ST Malo, 45 minutes from Mont St Michel and 30 minutes from Rennes.
Possibility of discovery of the Rance boat on request to the owner, bike loan bike, ping pong table.

Lovely renovated house in the countryside

Spacious house. Although the house itself is very old, the interior is quite new and neat. The location is nice and quiet. The only drawback we experienced was that internet access indoors was quite limited. Probably due to the massive walls of the building.

Location

Despite being in a rural location, so many places were within easy reach and Dinan just down the road. The property itself is full of character and well equipped. Jean Paul was an excellent host.

Petit coin de campagne très calme mais la mer est néanmoins rapidement accessible en voiture. Le logement, spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé, est parfait pour un couple et 3 enfants. Les hôtes, discrets et bienveillants, sont fort sympathiques. Très belles vacances. Et tant de choses à découvrir à proximité !

Sehr schön renovierte Wohnung mit Charme

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, funktional ausgestattete Wohnung in altem Gemäuer. Schöne und private Terrasse mit Garten hinterm Haus. Ganz in der Nähe von der hübschen Altstadt von Dinan und dem Hafen von Dinan, mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten Auto erforderlich, da etwas abgelegene Lage.

Accueil très sympathique. La délicate attention du jus de pomme du jardin et des galettes pour le goûter à l'arrivée a tout de suite reçu l'adhésion des enfants ! Gite idéalement situé pour profiter de la région. Au calme de la campagne, à proximité de Dinan, il permet de rayonner facilement sur les 2 rives de la Rance (Saint Jacut de la mer, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale,...). Le gîte est fonctionnel, le jardin privatif agreable et il est à noter une excellente literie. Un séjour reposant malgré les journées bien remplies de visites et d'activités diverses ! J'y retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir.

Très bonne adresse !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte. Tout le confort y est et même plus, notre hôtesse a vraiment pensé à tout ! Il est situé dans un corps de ferme, à la campagne, au calme, très appréciable. Nous avons profité de l'espace extérieur pour nos repas mais aussi pour les jeux avec les enfants. Nous avons rayonné entre le Mt Saint Michel et le Cap Fréhel, le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter les abords de la Rance ainsi que la côte Emeraude. Parfait pour découvrir ce superbe département. Jean Paul est d'ailleurs de très bons conseils pour les visites. Encore merci pour le chaleureux accueil et pour vos gentilles attentions.
