Modern Apartment walking distance to the Heart of Downtown Charlottetown

The Elm Suites are located on the second floor of our building with your own personal outdoor entry. Suite 2 is an open concept space with all modern amenities. The "kitchen" is fully stocked with all modern stainless steel appliances. It has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The "living" room has a smart TV as well as free Wifi. We also have a pull out couch (double bed size) that can be used as another sleeping space. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, dresser and large closet. The washroom has a stand up 4 foot shower and vanity. The complimentary washer and dryer are tucked neatly behind the door of the bathroom for your convenience. We have an air conditioner in this space. We take pride in keeping our apartment clean. Tourism Licence #1201074. A Canada Select Property

Kelli was an absolutely amazing host. The property was fantastic. Spotless, tons of amenities, and it was only a 6 minute walk to downtown Charlottetown! Being outside the core also meant that sleeping was incredibly peaceful. Overall, my partner and I have decided that this will be our summer rental from here on out!Don’t miss out on this stay. It was fabulous!

A great place to stay near downtown Charlottetown

Everything was great during our 5 night stay. Sparkling clean, fully furnished kitchen, nicely decorated and extra, thoughtful touches. Easy walking distance to downtown attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to see all of PEI and easy to get around the city. Don’t miss Papa Joes restaurant a block away. Wonderful seafood and service.

Great little gem in Charlottetown

Everything about this VRBO was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, easy check-in, lovely owner, parking and a great location. Grocery stores very close and walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Wonderful home-away!

We have enjoyed a terrific "off=season" mini holiday in this beautiful Province. Our hosts were so helpful, and the apartment was perfect, well appointed, very clean, and very convenient to both the city of Charlottetown and getting to airport, and other areas of the province.

Beautiful modern apartment with easy access to what Charlottetown has to offer.

Clean, modern, attractive apartment in a good location. The reality was as good as or better than the photos on the listing. Easy ro get to almost anywhere on the Island.

The property had all the amenities as advertised and a few extra's the host Kelli and Philip were amazing checked in every few days to see if I required anything. I would recommend the property and would definitely stay again.

Charlottetown for University Hockey Nationals

Great location, nicely decorated, provided some forgotten toiletries, and kitchen well equiped. We visited Charlottetown on the offseason for a hockey tournament and can't wait to come back in the summer! Would definitley stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Very clean and beautiful. A little bit noisy at night due to traffic but you get use to it easily. Short walk to downtown and water. A place we recommend highly.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment with everything you could need. Easy walk into historic Charlottetown to see the sights and visit the wonderful restaurants. Hosts Philip and Kelli were warm, welcoming and ready with recommendations for things to see and do. Would love to come back!

Modern, clean and excellent location

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in to date. The owners not only set you up will all the amenities and extras in their spotless property but they also respond quickly to any questions you might have. A close walk to the center town and definitely a rental I will be visiting again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Home away from home

Cozy, clean, quiet, centrally located. Many generous details that we were not expecting ..including welcome notes, snacks and bathroom products.Hosts are extremely hospitable, available and extra helpful. A true gem of a place in the heart of Charlottetown . Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in Charlottetown

The apartment was so very clean when we arrived. Pictures reflected the property very well. Great spot for a couple. Close to downtown, harbour and restaurants. All within walking distance. The property is located on a busy Main Street. The street noise was the only negative.

Great spot.. Great location…very clean… Thoughtful hosts :) One mention the pull out bed may need a new mattress or a foam pad… it’s quite thin and uncomfortable with the springs coming through… Other than that great experience :)
