Sarsaparilla is a charming villa with garden.
Between Montpellier and Béziers, near Pézenas, the cottage is located in the charming medieval village of Caux. 30 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the mountains, it is an ideal base for hiking trips or to visit our beautiful wine year (Languedoc is the largest wine producing region in the world). You can also relax sunbathing (300 days of sunshine per year).
Sarsaparilla is a renovated single storey house for your well being. It has a 500m² garden with terraces, garden furniture, barbecue and boules.
The living room, overlooking the terrace is large and has a sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher ... You have three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. Two have double beds, the third can be equipped with either two single beds or a double bed.
The house is completed by a bathroom with tub, two sinks and washing machine, a shower room and separate toilet.

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter l'arrière pays et la côte. La maison est bien agencée et équipée , le quartier est calme. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et a donné des idées de visites. Le séjour fut très agréable.

Petit village très agréable pour ce gite où rien ne manque. Endroit très tranquille avec emplacement pour garer son véhicule. Une fois les trois marches montées, tout est de plain-pied. Une douche et une baignoire, trois chambres, un jardin que demander de plus. Endroit propre à notre arrivée, très bon contact avec l'hôte, avec forte disponibilité.Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et n'avons manqué de rien. Le logement est spacieux (nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant) et l'extérieur bien aménagé avec une table et des chaises sur la terrasse. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de se garer (2 voitures) dans le jardin sécurisé par un portail. La communication avec Christophe a été très fluide et il est arrangeant. Nous avons apprécié également les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Ideal for our short stay

The three bedrooms and large living area were just what we needed for a couple of nights. A well equipped kitchen was useful even though we only prepared simple snacks. The area is very peaceful although surrounded by other properties - you would think you were in a remote country cottage. Christophe (the host) was very welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out was very simple and straight forward. The listing information needs to be updated but it did not cause any problems with our visit. Thanks!

L'accueil est parfait, la maison est agréable et bien équipée, un bémol sur le jardin qui manque d'entretien et l'absence de boulodrome pourtant indiqué sur l'annonce. Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent plus à la réalité dommage. Merci à Mr CANAC pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, ne changez rien.

Un bon moment dans une belle nature!

Un bel endroit, un accueil chaleureux, une propriété très agréable et accueillante. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil, la région est reposante et calme, mais non loin de la mer et des animations touristiques. Des visites qui méritent le détour (Saint Guilhem le Désert, Agde, Gruissan...) et des endroits à découvrir pour les goumands et les gourmets.
