Lovely air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment, 1 parking space, 3 min from beach/restaurants.

The apartment has 3 rooms with capacity for up to 6 people and is housed in the ground floor of a villa, 3 min from the beach and the center of Canet Plage. The apartment has a separate entrance and is newly renovated. It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen with living room, bathroom and separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe. The living room has a sofa that can be easily made into bed, flat screen TV and sitting together with the kitchen. The kitchen is modern with induction hob, built-in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Washing machine is available in the bathroom.
The house is located in Canet Plage 3 min walk to the beach. Within a few hundred meters there are several bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, post office and everything else you may need. The nearest hypermarket is within 1 km.
Canet Plage is located on the Mediterranean coast near the Spanish border 10km from Perpignan in southern France. The beach is 12 km long with fine sand. Lots of activities are available for children and adults. In the evening you can go on one of the many restaurant in the vicinity, hang on one of the many music bars or sit in the large garden under the mulberry trees with something good to drink when you are grilling.
The villa is located in a quiet area despite the proximity to the nightlife.

Emplacement parfait Ă  5mn Ă  pieds des plages et magasins. Rue circulante mais plutĂŽt calme. Logement que nous pensions plus spacieux. Porte d’entrĂ©e avec verrou dĂ©fectueux, on a bien failli dormir dehors un soir. Salle de bain mal conçu et porte de douche fuyante. Oreillers de mauvaises qualitĂ©s et pas de vraies couettes. Cuisine bien. MĂ©nage refait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e par nous mĂȘme. En bref logement convenable pour y passer peu de temps.

canet en rousillon

tres bonne localisation ,proche des plages ,des commerces Communication tres sympa avec les proprietaires et l'agence qui receptionne les clients. Appart et exterieur tres agreable,cependant un petit bemol que je mettrais sur le debut du sejour sur des mauvaises odeurs remontant des siphons de la salle de bains , voir du wc.De plus ,un canapé un peu fatigué , certainement en fin de vie? Au final , je recommande quand meme le logement car je suis persuadé que ces details vont s'arranger , car nous avons passés un tres bon sejour.

La localisation est idéale beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied. (plage, commerce, marché, restaurant). Cependant il n'y a pas de place de parking comme indiqué sur l'annonce, il faut se garer dans la rue et les places sont rare. Le logement est bien équipé, la propreté est à revoir. Les alaises n'étaient pas propre.

Appartement idéalement placé

L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et proche de la mer, plage et du centre. Tout confort wifi, clim dans toute les piĂšces, ustensile de cuisine, terrasse avec grande table et chaise, .... Le seul bĂ©mol, c'est le nettoyage qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait avant notre arrivĂ©s, nous avons passĂ©s plus de 3h Ă  tout nettoyĂ© (cheveux, ongle, sable, vaisselle, ...) le premier jour de notre sĂ©jour. Mais en contre parti, nous n'avions plus besoin de faire le mĂ©nage en fin de sĂ©jour. Donc je recommande quand mĂȘme ce logement.

TrĂšs chouette location, vous pouvez tout faire Ă  pied. Par contre les places de parking dans la rue sont rares, nous avons dĂ©placĂ© le moins possible la voiture. Petit manque d'Ă©quipements en cuisine (boĂźtes de conservation, couteau Ă  lĂ©gumes qui coupe) juste des dĂ©tails. La terrasse est partagĂ©e ce qui n'est pas dĂ©rangeant, mais nos voisins Ă©taient trĂšs discrets. La qualitĂ© du wifi n'est pas top pour les accros du net. 😉 Nous avons eu une coupure de courant un dimanche et nous avons Ă©tĂ© dĂ©pannĂ© trĂšs rapidement.

Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer d'excellentes vacances et notre hĂŽte et son relais sur place (au tĂ©lĂ©phone) ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©ceptifs et serviables. Canet plage

RDC de maison spacieux avec un grand jardin pour déjeuner et dßner dehors. La location comporte beaucoup de commodité et de trÚs bons matelas. Proche de la mer, des commerces, des restaurants. En revanche il faudrait songer à installer une climatisation et à changer le réfrigérateur qui a du mal à supporter les grandes chaleur. Je recommande cette location mais plutÎt en juin ou septembre.

Un appartement bien équipé et bien situé, mais attention au partage avec le voisinage direct

Comme indiquĂ© dans les autres commentaires, cet appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©, agrĂ©able, et trĂšs bien situĂ© avec un accĂšs au front de mer Ă  pied rapide, tout en Ă©tant dans un quartier lĂ©gĂšrement en retrait de l'agitation, au calme......sauf que ce calme dĂ©pend aussi beaucoup des autres locataires situĂ©s au dessus de vous. En effet la maison a Ă©tĂ© divisĂ©e en deux appartements, l'un Ă©tant au dessus de l'autre, mais l'insonorisation entre les deux Ă©tages est quasi inexistante, ainsi votre tranquillitĂ© familiale est complĂštement dĂ©pendante de celle de vos "voisins" du dessus. HĂ©las en ce qui nous concerne, pendant notre sĂ©jour, l'appartement du dessus avait Ă©tĂ© louĂ© Ă  tout un groupe d'une dizaine de jeunes venus exclusivement pour faire la fĂȘte parfois jusqu'Ă  4h du matin...ce qui est complĂštement incompatible avec notre vie de famille avec jeunes enfants. D'autre part, la terrasse est partagĂ©e avec les autres rĂ©sidents -ce qui n'Ă©tait pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans l'annonce au moment de la location- avec la fenĂȘtre d'une des chambres qui donne directement sur la table extĂ©rieure des autres rĂ©sidents, rompant avec toute intimitĂ©. J'ai invitĂ© les propriĂ©taires Ă  ĂȘtre plus regardant sur la logique de partage et de cohabitation lorsqu'ils louent leurs biens, pour garder des profils compatibles et Ă©viter que la situation ne se reproduise. C'est ce qui m'empĂȘche de laisser la note maximale aujourd'hui. Fort heureusement, en dehors de ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments, notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bon, et la communication Ă  distance avec les propriĂ©taires trĂšs bonne.

Schöne Ferien nahe am Strand

Wir haben 2 Wochen Ferien in Canet gemacht. Das Haus ist im Sommer, wenn das Wetter mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit schön ist, ausreichend fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Wir haben uns fast ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten, hatten aber auch GlĂŒck,, dass die Wohnung im 1. Stock nicht vermietet war und wir somit die Terrasse fĂŒr uns alleine hatten. FĂŒr 2 Parteien wĂ€re es wahrscheinlich eng geworden. GrundsĂ€tzlich ist das Haus eher fĂŒr 4 Personen ausgelegt. Ausstattung ist eher spartanisch. Der Strand ist super geeignet fĂŒr Kinder, weil das Wasser lange ganz flach ist. Schöne AusflĂŒge in die PyrenĂ€en und zu den umliegenden Festungen, Dörfern usw sind auch zu empfehlen.

Appartement de plain pied qui donne accĂšs Ă  un petit jardin arborĂ©. Sanitaires et Ă©lectricitĂ© en excellent Ă©tat, Ă©quipement judicieux et complet. Proche de la plage et des commerces, quartier calme. Relation directe possible avec les propriĂ©taires, ce qui facilite le dialogue et rompt avec l’anonymat habituel. Trevligt hus, hyrde bÄda lÀgenheterna för 9 vuxna. LÀgenhet med utgÄng till uteplats frÄn köket med tillgÄng till grill. Bra utrustad med diskmaskin o tvÀttmaskin, parkering utanför huset. PÄ gÄngavstÄnd finns en Carrefour City supermarket, marknad flera dagar i veckan, bagerier och mÄnga trevliga restauranger att vÀlja pÄ. Vi trivdes och kommer gÀrna tillbaka.

Location trĂšs bien situĂ©e. Tout se fait Ă  pieds : marchĂ©, commerces et surtout la mer Ă  portĂ©e de main.
