Beautiful character house in Laroque des Albères

Beautiful village house, completely renovated in 2015, with a nice view on the mountain (Pic du Neoulous).
Access is via a small bridge spanning a stream.
Surrounded by old winegrowers' houses, you will enjoy, under the plane trees, the calm and the beauty of the places since the terrace of even foot.
The house, with an area of ​​55 m2, has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen / dining room and a living room with a sofa / bed. Upstairs, two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Possibility to park your car in the courtyard of the house.
You will find all the shops nearby and a local market every Wednesday.
For your comfort, you will have air conditioning, a wifi equipment and a griddle for your grill.
The linen is provided (sheets and towels).

Komfortable und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und schell orientieren können. Bewusst hatten wir uns dazu entschieden, in der Stadt selbst zu wohnen. Wir haben es nicht bereut; denn Laroque-des-Albères hat eine gute und differenzierte Gastronomie sowie eine besonders gute Lage in der Region: viele attraktive Orte und Aktivitäten sind schnell und gut zu erreichen.

Heel fijn huis

Heel fijn huis op een geweldige locatie. Bakker en kleine winkels op loopafstand. Het strand is een kwartier rijden. De matrassen zijn goed, het huis is sfeervol ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Merci Nadine!

Casa molto accogliente

La casa di Nadine è calda e accogliente, oltre che fornitissima di tutto ciò che può servire per una vacanza in famiglia. La posizione a Laroque è ideale per visitare i dintorni. La casa è fresca, il fatto che ci sia il parcheggio è ottimo. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche l’arredo delle stanze al piano superiore, speriamo di tornare!

Maison confortable pour famille de 4

Ne vous fiez pas à l'impression donnée par la peinture de la façade, la maison est tout à fait confortable pour 4 personnes avec chacun son espace. La maison est ancienne avec une déco travaillée, du coup on se sent bien dans la maison de Nadine. Le linge de maison fourni est un vrai plus et l'equipement de la cuisine est bien complet ce qui est appeciable. L'emplacement dans le village est top, la place de stationnement hyper pratique, et le village vaut effectivement sa visite. Seul point d'amelioration : la porte d'entrée qu'on doit necessairement fermer à clef pour la tenir fermée.

Très belle maison bien située

Très belles vacances. La commune est proche de la mer (collioure, banyuls, port vendres, argeles...) mais aussi offre un bon accès pour les randos dans les massifs des Albères.

Un sejour agréable

Nous avons passé un sejour agréable. La maison est conforme aux photos. La décoration, tres intéressante, vous amene a la detente et vous replonge dans vos souvenirs d enfance. Confort du canapé et du lit. Aménagements interieurs, vaisselle et accessoires de qualité. La maison est située tout prêt a pied des commerces et restaurants et du depart des randonnées et le tout au calme d un village avec sa petite terrasse. On gare la voiture dans la cour de la maison et on passe un moment vraiment depaysant. N hesitez surtout pas pour cette location. L'hôte est tres agreable au téléphone et reactive. Nous aurions aimé la rencontrer. Autrement Que du bonheur !

Vacances en famille au calme

La maison de Nadine est très bien agencée, et malgré une surface qui semble petite, elle reste très spacieuse et agréable pour une famille de 4. Petite ville à taille humaine, aux pieds des montagnes et loin de la foule de la côte, qui ne se trouve qu'à 10 km, très accessible. Environnement calme, tout le confort est là, et Nadine reste très disponible en cas de besoin. Vacances appréciées par tous !

Un merveilleux séjour

Nous avons à nouveau passé un très bon séjour chez Nadine. Nous recommandons cette maison, agréable, propre et fonctionnelle. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Très bien située pour profiter autant de la nature que de la plage.

Logement très agréable, parfaitement situé au coeur des Pyrénées Orientales.

Nous souhaitions partir à la découverte des Pyrénées Orientales et le musée Dali à Figueras.Ce logement très bien équipé et situé au centre de Laroque des Albères nous a beaucoup plu.

Very comfortable house with all we needed for our stay.

We were very happy with the house itself but disappointed with the outdoor area as we had hoped to enjoy eating out there. Unfortunately perhaps not appropriate in September with all the trees and plants in the gulley below we were badly bitten. Lov ed the village and restaurants/bars there.

Laroque

Cette maison de ville, d'apparence étroite, est en réalité un très bel espace de vie avec des pièces de très beau volume. L'intérieur a été entièrement réhabilité , moderne et très fonctionnelle. La touche féminine de la décoration intérieure est très réussie. La place se parking est un plus car difficile de trouver une place dans ces petites rues. L'accueil et la gentillesse de la propriétaire sont les reflets de cette location Avons passé un très agréable séjour à Laroque des Albères

Wir wären am liebsten geblieben...

Wir haben unsere Ferien in dem schönen Haus von Nadine Lasserre sehr genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Das ganze Haus ist gut eingerichtet und man entwickelt, weil es sehr gemütlich ist, sofort ein Zuhause- Gefühl. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal- nahe zum Meer und fußläufig in die Berge. Laroque-des-Albères ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit netten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Frau Lasserre war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tips zur Erkundung der Gegend im Haus deponiert. Wir hoffen bald wieder zu kommen!
