The flat is safely located on the first floor one flight above the ground floor. The large windows, overlooking huge traditional Citrus trees, create a flowing indoor-to- outdoor sensation. The full bathroom is conveniently situated in the corridor with easy access from all areas of the flat. The airy and spacious bedroom holds a king-sized bed that sleeps two adults with the comfy sofa in the living room providing sleeping accommodation for an additional person. Fantastic location and helpful service!
The location was marvelous; close to cafés and lovely restaurants. The manager Vassilis was just wonderful and speaks perfect English, and he’s very welcoming and ready to help newcomers to Athens. I didn’t want to leave Athens. I very highly recommend this place!

A much-travelled, eclectic soul. I am a garden designer, horticulturalist engineer, and TV producer who works as a Broadcast Venue Manager for summer Olympics. Possesses excellent communication, intercultural, and interpersonal skills, and is conversant in English. My aim is to ensure a red-carpet experience for all my guests.
Why they chose this property
The location is perfect. The property is situated on a quiet street of the residential, trendy area, Pagrati- Mets, only a few steps away from the ancient Kallimarmaro Stadium, one of the main historic attractions of Athens. It is the only Stadium in the world built entirely in marble that hosted the First Modern Olympics in 1896, the perfect place for a walk, a jog or yoga session, while admiring a spectacular Acropoli view. All other main sites and attractions are within walking distance. Up to the street there's the vibrant and lively VARNAVA Square, where you can find nice restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, ATM, supermarket, etc. open even on Sundays!
