Thank you for booking with us. You left the property in perfect condition, hope to have you again
Great house! My nephew was getting married and this house was only minutes from both the church and reception. We had 3 families staying here and we had more than enough room.
The house was very spacious and beds were good. There are some itms that could be improved like towel bars in the bathrooms and spoons in the kitchen. We never did figure out the tv, but that was ok wth us. The location was good for us too.S the weather was cool, we turned the AC off but it still operated so dont know about that.
The property and rooming experience was great! The house and property were spacious. Beds are comfortable and accommodating. Great for cookouts, hangouts, and entertainment.
Great location to have a fun gathering. Neighbors aren’t close on this large property so we weren’t worried about disturbing them when playing games and sitting around the fire pit at night. Such a fun trip! Thank you!
We were in town for a family wedding and this property was perfect for our large group. We had plenty of room for getting ready and for hanging out the day after. It was just minutes from Geneva National and the other locations we needed.

Amazing place...
This is our second time renting this place. Angel was so easy to communicate and so helpful! Thank you for everything and we’ll be back soon as we can! 🤗
Kitchen well equipped ( need teaspoons). Appreciated the water cooler ( solves the problem listed by others re non city/ well? Water). Rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit, pool table/ air hockey.Host was responsive ( which was good bc we weren't sent code for entry before until we called host- was supposed to come in email day of but didnt). Everything was clean...as others have suggested this home has had some plumbing issues in the past, many areas of wood flooring are uneven. I imagine owners are aware, but just in case... dishwasher works well but when it runs a small amount of water leaks onto the floor. Decor is about hodgepodge but ...Overall an enjoyable stay for all of us!!
We loved it! The space was ideal. Loved to cook together, sit with extra friends at the dining room table. The deck was lovely with the beautiful flowers. We liked that it was a distance from Lake Geneva, very quiet.
Want to come back in a year or so.
House was good for large family. Kitchen was well stocked and water was hot. Some beds were comfortable. The house was in a private neighborhood. Area above the front door needs a good cleaning. Hosts were responsive to our message when we had an issue. Whole house could use a decor update.

Christmas stay
The furniture need to be updated. All of the faucets had calcium build up (need CLR). Shower floor rugs were filty. Update comforters and linens. Pool table covers were horrible. Pictures of the house did not match our stay. Christmas tree was very inviting. Also was not able to dispose
garbage into the containers because they was already full.

Great location with major flaw
There was plenty to like about this property. The location is private but not too far from conveniences. The home is very spacious and the quantity and layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our multi-family stay. The home was also very clean with one major flaw other reviews have already pointed out.
The water stinks! If the bathrooms are used or dishes are rinsed, the house smells like sewage. The water problem is also apparent in the dishwasher which is coated in rust colored buildup which makes the dishes not seem too clean. I would absolutely not bathe here.
Besides the smell, the house was very comfortable with plenty of seating and everyone was pleased with their beds. The kitchen could be better stocked, but had enough of the basics to get by.
We were initially excited about renting the house at 2690 Theater Rd in Williams Bay, WI, but our enthusiasm quickly dissipated upon arrival. The interior decorating and furniture quality fell short of our expectations. The artwork on the walls was hung at inconsistent heights, and the prominent piece above the garage entryway was noticeably crooked. The furniture appeared worn, with stained dining room chairs. A significant issue arose when I attempted to shower after arriving in the rain. The water emitted a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of hydrogen sulfide. This smell persisted even after running the water for an extended period. Unfortunately, the water quality was subpar throughout the house, rendering it unsuitable for consumption or personal hygiene. Further inspection revealed additional concerns: •The master shower had a large crack in the bottom that had been inadequately repaired.•The wood floor in the master bath was loose, posing a tripping hazard.•A hole in the wall near the master bedroom door suggested the absence of a doorstop.•The wallpaper in the master shower was peeling, and the jacuzzi tub showed signs of inadequate cleaning.•The comforter on the master bed had noticeable stains. The kitchen also presented several issues: •The faucet's water flow was disrupted when both hot and cold water were turned on simultaneously, resulting in surging and cessation of water flow.•The water temperature became scalding hot when the cold water was t

Could be an amazing property
The house itself is great, location is great. Many items broken or in disrepair. The water is very bad. One of the showers was broken, hot tub broken, garbage overflowing. The size of the house was perfect just so many disappointing items but the price was reasonable for a family watching dollars
This is a huge gorgeous house that is perfect for a large family gathering. The three couches and chair that provided seating for everyone opening Christmas gifts were much appreciated. The owner provided a gorgeous Christmas tree. The paintings and curtains need updating and did the house a disservice. The house has well water that I think caused a yellowish tinge to the water and a water filtration system is needed. The price was low relative to the size so I suppose that reflects these issues. Property manager was very nice.
Had a great stay here with a group of 9 friends! So much space, the living room has a huge tv and space for everyone to spread out comfortably! Will be back!
We love nature and tranquility, far from the crowds. Imagine dining outdoors, waking up to the sound of birds, and not worrying about parking. Enjoy bonfires, family time, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Living like this sounds irresistible, doesn't it?
