Charming house in an ancient reformed farm: calm, amid nature, swimming pool

This ancient hillside-farm from the 16th is located on a 17-hectare ground of woods and meadows. It dominates the valley with the Pyrenees in the background. It is made of stone and has been renovated with a lot of charm and authenticity. Christine and Pascal will host you with a lot of care and kindness. Spend some days in peacefulness with family or friends in an absolutely calm environment. You can totally rest, enjoy the swimming pool, walk around in the surrounding countryside or even explore the cultural treasures of the Gers region. You can enjoy nature and see deer, boars, buzzards, hawks, coypus, etc. If you like horses, you will cuddle the ones on our domain. If you prefer golf, there are two famous courses nearby. In high season, enjoy the Country festival in Mirande, Salsa in Vic and Jazz in Marciac. Calmness and high-class comfort with an individual shower room, Wi-Fi access and a swimming pool. Horseback riders are welcome. The domain of Daran offers you 3 houses for 4 to 9 people that can be adjusted to your needs: from only one bedroom to a complete house with 3 or 4 bedrooms with independent shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, etc. The total capacity of the 3 houses, 3 guest rooms and a dorm rooms is 31 beds. The house presented below is "Courtils": Les Courtils has 3 bedrooms and 6/7 beds. This south-east facing house enjoys magnificent light thanks to the big picture window of the living room. It was constructed on the trellis of the tobacco dryer on the gable of the house. There is a living room of 38 m² with a fireplace and a fitted kitchen featuring an electric oven, induction plates, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Furthermore: a 10-m² bedroom with a double bed (2.00x1.60), a shower room of 4,70 m² with a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet; a bedroom of 10 sq.m. with a double bed (2.00x1.40); a shower room of 4,3 sq. m. with a shower, wash basin and toilet; a mezzanine of 11 sq.m. on the first floor with 2 adjacent beds (2.00x0.90) that gives access to the living room (with an optional third bed), for a total surface of 78 sq.m. On the terrace, there is a big picnic table with a sun umbrella, a barbecue and reclining armchairs. We can provide the wood for the fireplace.
