Fantastic Villa in a great location

We are a family of 5 with three grown up children. The villa was perfect for us and I would definitely recommend it. Clarisse and Gilles are great hosts and despite us only speaking a very small amount of French we were able to easily communicate and get any issues sorted. The villa matches the photos - it is very well equipped and the pool / outside space is stunning. Boulouris has all you need - we walked to the beach / bars a few times (urban beach does great cocktails) .It is a hot walk back in 36 degrees but a quick jump in the pool makes it worth it! Agay and Saint Raphael are a very short drive away. Thanks very much for a great holiday. We very much hope to come back!

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille absolument parfaites dans cette maison. Tout était impeccable, conforme aux photos et à la description. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Voilà des belles vacances !

Voilà des belles vacances ! Voilà une superbe maison, un dépaysement au cœur de la petite ville de Saint-Raphaël… Une piscine au milieu d’un jardin tropical, une maison équipée avec plus ce qu’il n’en faut… De la place pour tout le monde, à mi-chemin de toute activité à faire en famille ou entre amis, Balade, plage, jet ski, bateau,… Etc. À cinq minutes des commerces, et à 10 minutes du port de Saint-Raphaël ou vous retrouverez a marché nocturne et les restaurants… Vraiment merci aux propriétaires de cette merveilleuse villa grâce à qui on a pu passer de merveilleuses vacances au bord de leur sublime piscine … Encore merci aux propriétaires d’avoir pu être disponible pour le départ et notre arrivée…

Wonderful villa in great location

This immaculate villa was a great size for our family of 4. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. My children loved the large pool, table tennis and gardens which were very private and secure. The villa is located in a quiet residential area of St Raphael, which is about 10 minutes drive away. There are beaches, shops and restaurants in the nearby Boulouris centre which you can walk to (25 minutes in hot weather!). The villa is well located for exploring the Côte d’Azur and the Verdon Gorge is only 1.5 hours away and well worth a visit.

Top location

Maison très agréable, confortable et super bien équipée. Airco et piscine: top ! Propriétaires très accueillants. Le centre de Saint-Raphaël est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. A recommander sans hésiter.

Un séjour extraordinaire à Boulouris !

Un séjour tout simplement formidable dans une ville que nous ne connaissions pas ! Une magnifique villa et des propriétaires forts sympathiques, disponibles et accueillants ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Très dur d'en partir et déjà hâte d'y revenir l'année prochaine !

Great place for vacation with family

Splendid home with great facilities: awesome pool, bbq, playground, AC inside the house, high-quality interior. Supermarket close-by We enjoyed our time in this great villa. Very easy communication with the homeowners, Clarisse and Gilles are great hosts, always approacheable and very responsive. Can absolutely recommend this place.

La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. L'emplacement aussi. Les équipements sont parfaits (trempolline, table de ping pong...). La maison est tout confort et les propriétaires très accueillants. Tout a été merveilleux. Il ne manque rien dans la maison (cuisine, télévision, internet...)

Une superbe maison avec toutes les commodités pour des vacances en famille idéalement placée.

Nous recommandons. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants (jouets pour les enfants, gourmandises pour les grands, conseils sur les lieux aux alentours ...). La maison est très bien équipée.

Sehr gute Qualität.

Das ganze Haus ist in hervorragender Qualität eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind schön, die Matratzen gut. Die Küche ist vollständig, technisch einwandfrei und ziemlich gut, wir haben es sehr genossen jeden Abend auf Sterne-Niveau zu kochen. Das Grundstück ist echt groß und besonders für Kinder gibt es mit Trampolin, Boul und dem Pool nichts was fehlt. Die Vermieter sind zuverlässig und fair.

Superbe maison, pas de surprise, tout simplement parfait.

Nous avons passé une superbe vacance. La maison est parfaite, très propre, complète avec tous ce que nous avions besoin pour nos vacances. Tout est aménagé avec beaucoup de gout, il ne manque absolument rien. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès que nous sommes entrée dans la maison. La piscine et le jardin sont fantastiques. Les chambres offrent un grand comfort et les salles de bain sont excellentes. La maison est bien situé près de petit commerces, mais également à 10 minutes du port de St Raphael. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique, prêt à faire plaisir. Je ne peux que recommander cette villa. Le seul regret c'est de ne pas avoir pu rester 2 semaines.

Fantastic house, fantastic location.

We spent 8 nights and 7 glorious days at this property and had a fabulous family holiday. We are a family of 5, with a 5 month old, a 5 and 7 year old. The fence around the pool and the alarm on the pool allowed us to fully relax with the children and no worries about them getting in the pool without our supervision. The house is immaculate, very comfortable with everything we needed, even a highchair and bath for the baby. The owners met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the house and then left us to enjoy their property. The nearest beach is a good walk or short drive, and parking can be a bit tricky. The closest beach is a rocky one so would suggest bringing sandals for children that they can wear into the water. There are LOTS and lots of other beaches and things to do, it is very central in the French Riviera. We have rented several properties via homeaway and you get what you pay for in France, we would very happily return to this property and my kids are already asking when can we go back.
