A great base to explore the area.

This accommodation was excellent value for money. Very clean with high quality facilities. Good location close to local amenities and a lovely view of the surrounding area. We were given a very warm welcome by Jacqueline and a very helpful English speaking neighbour! It was the perfect base for our skiing holiday in the beautiful small ski resort of Crest Voland. I would definitely recommend this property to other families.

A lovely quiet apartment with beautiful, uninterrupted views of the mountains. It is furnished with absolutely everything you might need in the kitchen and laundry room. The bath is a definite plus! We enjoyed walking to the local bakery in the mornings to get fresh bread and croissants, and the nearby pizza van made delicious pizzas. Faverges has a few good supermarkets and a petrol station. If you arrive late as we did, there is a Carrefour Express (opens until 10pm, but worth checking) in Faverges centre where we got everything we needed for breakfast the next day.We had a very enjoyable stay and Lake Annecy is a cyclist's dream! We rented bikes from Nomad Bikes in Doussard who were very helpful.

Some issues

Although we knew about the spiral staircase, we hadn’t expected it to be so difficult. No shoes upstairs was also a new one! Finally we were very surprised to find no towels in the bathrooms, had to go out and buy some.
