Parking place, balcony overlooking garden. Very quiet building 50 meters from the beach and shops. Thalasso, casino, public park with discovery of a real whale skeleton stranded on the beach of Luc. Located 15km from Caen and 50km from Deauville. Proximity to the landing beaches and historic sites.
