Nice modern apartment that looked just like the pictures. The place was very clean. All the major appliances were available. The bed was comfortable. The rain shower had strong pressure and was relaxing after a walk in the city. Very easy to get in and out of the building with the code that was provided. Easily walk to many good restaurants within minutes, including Le 101 which was simply amazing. The only issue was finding the parking garage, which is next door and the very narrow suitable only for small cars.

Overall this worked great for us for the price and space. The fully digital system worked well, I reached out to customer service with a couple questions and they got back to me quickly. The room itself was great, very clean and nice, the full kitchen was helpful. The area has a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the bus to go into old town. If you don't have kids could walk to old town but it's 30 minutes. I used the parking lot behind the hotel because with our luggage rack we were over the height limit (6' 2") for the hotel lot, but that was fine. My only issue is that there was no elevator, but we got our luggage to the second floor no problem.

Alexandre was a lovely host, very communicative and helpful. The condo was clean and well-appointed, great location for our needs and very comfortable. Hotel-style convenience and quality without the price tag, plus a great kitchen--it's the dream!

The apartment was lovely, spacious, great location, quiet, clean, well appointed except, there was no place to put your clothes. There was no closet, dresser or shelves. There was plenty of room in the apartment to add something so clothes could be unpacked. We will stay here again but hope that is addressed.

Thank you Stephane and Marie-Claude for the hospitality during my stay. Very clean and spacious property. Fully equipped kitchen. Location is fantastic. 3 minute walk to grocery and pharmacy. Bus stops are a 3 minute walk with bus service to down town in about 15. Many small parks are within a short walk. If I return to Quebec City this would be my pick.

Very clean. Newly renovated. Beddings, toiletries, and kitchen are complete. Location is awesome. Few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, and convinient. Huge parking space is right in front of the apartment.

This was one of my favorite places to stay. The room was amazing and the staff was very accommodating.

In the middle of a very lively local neighborhood. Not too far away from the old city, and at the same time the home is well appointed.
