Perfect spot for relaxing!

Jess and Phil have a lovely spot and were the perfect hosts. They have really thought of everything! We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and on the screened porch. It felt like a very private area and we had fun watching the birds and squirrels.

Awesome Stay at the Cave!

A friend and I booked this location to stay at during the weekend of a wedding. The cave was everything we anticipated. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The owner of the property met me on the first day to walk me through the in's and out's. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The projector TV, pool table and bar made it a great spot for a guys weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone!

HPMKT Home away from Home

We stayed during Fall HPMKT. The hosts were attentive and thoughtful. They greeted us, helped with our luggage and gave us the downlow on how to operate things. Everything is labeled and there is a book as to how to operate the projection TV, etc. The house was quiet. It was nice to have a little kitchenette/bar for breakfast. The location is great, it was only 15 minutes from the market. We enjoyed the local restaurants and would highly recommend, Giovanni's (went twice), Blue Rock Pizza and the Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center. OOH... I forgot the beds... awesome and the sheets were super soft!!

From start to finish this was a great place. The owners were gracious and helpful throughout our stay. The lodgings were beautifully appointed and the pool table, projector/screen, and swimming pool provided an upscale, resort-like setting. We will look to stay here again for sure!

It was perfect!

We stayed at “The Cave” while in the area for the furniture market. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Jess’ dad even drove us to the grocery store when our car rental didn’t pan out the first night! We didn’t have time to enjoy many of the amenities, but they were plentiful. I’d highly recommend this rental!

The perfect stay

We were looking for a place to get away from city life and be able to relax during the pandemic. Phil and Jess place was just the spot for that. All the comforts of home and then some. The place was well kept and the host were extremely accommodating to our needs. The pool was cleaned every morning and ready for us during our down time. I recommend this place for anyone looking to escape for a couple of days.. great location, everything within a couple of minutes away by car. Friendly helpful hosts, amazing pool. What more could you ask for?! You won’t be disappointed.

Went to Greensboro, NC for the Super32 wrestling tournament and wanted to stay together vs separate hotels. Phil and Jess's place was perfect. Main living area was VERY spacious and well done (my new, dream mancave) and the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet yet only minutes from downtown and UNC-Greensboro. We couldn't have asked for a better rental or better hosts. We go to this tournament every year and will be return guests for as long as they'll have us!
