It has a full bathroom with a large glassed in lanai spa shower, It's in a quiet family oriented neighborhood near the McKinney historic district about eight blocks from old downtown McKinney. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a queen sized airbed and a large couch. It has air conditioning, WiFi and cable TV. Great property and location!

This is a beautiful newly renovated studio apt. Close to Historic McKinney. Quiet neighborhood, easy access, helpful host and all the amenities you could want in a cute studio apt. Will definitely stay here again on future visits to the area.

The communication was great and the owner was very accommodating. This is a nice and comfortable space. It was also very easy to go to and from downtown McKinney with a ride share app.

This stay was so amazing and unforgettably comfortable. Everything you need is here already and the location is great. So much to do in the area great shops and restaurants places to shop for anything . Tons of space and entertainment theres even some books which i was so grateful for. Its such a peaceful area and downtown McKinney is so fun to hang out at after brunch ! Soooo much to do great dinner spots , barbershops/ salons, art galleries! Clothing stores. And antique shops that have the nicest selection of treasures ive seen in a while. I miss this place already and will definitely be staying here again . Really high end lifestyle at this location youre not going to want to miss out i stayed for a month and had the most comforting peace of mind and relaxing time 24/7. Such nice people hosting they even provide a guide filled with information about the area. It was so convinient . Thanks so much .

Long term stay

We spent two months in this property and we enjoyed our time here very much. Only problem we had was there was no washer dryer and for a long term stay this was not ideal., but we have no hesitation in recommending this little loft. We will hopefully stay here again.
