New, Sleek Apartment!

We had a great time during our stay. The apartment was very clean, and in a seemingly brand new complex with fantastic amenities. The gym especially was great to have. The door code entry process was smooth and seamless, and there was plenty of parking at all times.

The apartment was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Check in was smooth. Communications with the property owner were a breeze--she was very responsive and helpful! We had access to a good gym which is always a plus when traveling. Great value! We highly recommend.

This is a one bedroom unit on the ground floor with a 3/4 wall between the bedroom and the rest of the unit. It's probably more suited for a single individual as there is no noise suppression between the bedroom and the kitchen/living area. This unit is located in an apartment complex, so no luggage carts are available. Be aware that the registration process includes signing the standard rental agreement, providing copies of your driver's license, and completing an online facial recognition process. A 250 damage deposit is placed as a credit card hold on the day of check-in.Close to freeway accessClose to Walmart and CostcoHandicapped parking availablePool-Luggage must be hand carried from the parking area into the unit-No onsite support personnel...all communication to support personnel is done via text. Response time for inquiries/issues was low to moderate.-Washer/dryer in unit is old and makes an incredible amount of noise during operation-Bath towels need replaced-Living room furniture is uncomfortable-Trash receptacle is in the back of their parking lot, so it's quite a hike to dispose of your trash.
