The property was definitely unique. I had planned a mystery trip for my wife and I to explore the Civil War history of the area. The look on my wife's face when she saw the property entrance was priceless. We enjoyed everything about the place and would definitely return.
Stunningly beautiful is what comes to mind when thinking of our stay. The host was great with responding to questions and very accommodating. It was cozy, private, and so comfortable. We felt close to everything, yet, at the same rate, it was very private. Everything we needed was in the cabin, and it was decorated in a homey fashion. We felt right at home.
This is my 2nd time to stay here! It is decorated so beautifully! We enjoyed our stay! It is so cozy and we loved the peaceful location. It was very clean and well equipped.
The farmhouse was the cutest thing we have ever stayed in, it was decorated just perfect and we had everything could have needed! We will absolutely stay here again because it feels like home!
We absolutely loved our stay at the silo. It was isolated enough to feel like a real getaway and the vibe we got was like a second home with a cozy feel. We can't wait to come back.
great place to hang out and re-charge quiet and restful

Love the Silo, we were there for our son’s wedding. The only big complaint is the owner Jill is a rude lady.. We felt as if we were being watched for every little move we made in our comings and goings. We did not appreciate being accused of having a PARTY. We are grown adults who can read signs. We had family in town due to the wedding that we’re visiting and because they had a tire on the weeds.. Cause it’s not grass. We got phone calls, text messages and a message through Vrbo. It wasn’t like they were staying the whole time to do any damage to the property… I would think with all the money you made from a wedding weekend you could afford better “Grass” and Parking for guest. Also!! You need beds upstairs… Thanks but no thanks. We will not be staying again.. Because of being harassed and watched for every move!

You wouldn’t have been contacted the first time if a truck had not been parked completely in the grass. You apologized and moved the truck which we appreciated. We have to ask guests frequently to not park in the grass even though there’s 2 signs in the front that say “Please do not park in the grass.” My husband said he met you at the venue and you were very nice and apologized over and over (thank you). We didn’t know you were wedding family when contacted about a “potential party” because of cars pulling in. No one said there would be visitors coming in at 9:00 pm. I’m sorry you didn’t like our place, rules and myself.
Nice quiet neighborhood, beautifully decorated, and all the little details provided such as paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, qtips, phone charging chords, and even soft toilet paper. If we come back through this area it is a must stay!
We loved our unique stay in the luxuriously quaint Nest. A well-appointed, yet comfortably casual stay. Attention was given to detail including decor and cleanliness.
