About this property

Spectacular Innsbrook House on Alpine Lake

Our spacious, 3,500 square foot house is located on the largest and most scenic lake in the heart of Innsbrook. Alpine Lake is a 240-acre lake and Innsbrook is a serene lake community on 7,500 wooded acres that is a short 50-mile drive from St. Louis.

Our property is completely surrounded by the tranquil woods of Innsbrook, with barely a view of any neighbors. The house is on two levels. After parking in the roomy, three-car garage, you enter via the upper level. You are in the wide open Great Room with stunning views of the lake, an open kitchen with an island for cooking and a gas powered fire place. An exit to the left will put you on a huge wood deck with BBQ pit, patio furniture and nice sunset views.

On the other side of the Great Room are the two upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has an open view of the lake, while the second bedroom faces the front path, wood bridge, stream and woods. Past the two bedrooms is the master bath with lake view. In addition to a large walk-in shower, there is an over-sized tub, which is perfect for relaxing. The walk in closet is the size of a small bedroom.

When you head downstairs, you walk right into the wide open room containing a big screen TV, several DVDs and a full-sized billiards table. Both bedrooms downstairs have direct views of the lake. The second full bath is in-between them and contains an over-sized shower. Outside the downstairs entrance is a small patio that also offers great views of the lake. This deck takes you to a rock pathway leading down to the wood dock. This area is also fantastic for sunsets with the pink hue reflecting right off of the lake. You can fish off of the dock or take our full-sized canoe out on the lake to hunt for additional fishing spots. For your water sport amusement, we also provide kayaks, paddle boards, rafts/floaties and noodles.

Innsbrook offers a championship, 18-hole golf course, huge swimming pool with a view of Lake Aspen, tennis courts, horse stables, various hiking trails, over 100 lakes (some with beaches), conference center, and several events throughout the year.

The lake view is beautiful. We love to set on the sundeck at night. It’s so peaceful, and the stars at nighttime are amazing. Andy has everything that you would need for a wonderful family vacation. This is our third year and we will continue to return.

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful time at this property! My husband and I wanted a place for our three children and their families to gather. The lake and dock were a huge hit and the many rafts, paddle board, canoe and kayaks kept them all entertained for three days. We had plenty of space to cook, spread out and play games until late into the evening. Andy was so helpful in getting us set up. The photos are accurate in what the home looks like and the kitchen was well stocked. Great place to stay for family groups!

Family Time

I would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to spend time with family or friends. There is plenty of room to spread out or to be gathered in one area. The dock is just a few steps away from the house. The house is well equipped with items you might need during your stay. Andy is easy to reach should the need arise.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The owner was helpful and responsive! We had 5 kids under 5 but if you had kids a bit older they have ALL the fun lake toys! A very short drive to the pool and restaurant/golf course! Would def stay here again!

A very nice roomy, quiet, and clean house. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were large, and the common living areas were well lit and large. Ample streaming TV options as well with great internet speed. Owner was accommodating and available but yet let us be. Just a perfect place.

We are a father son that fell in love with Innsbrook, then Alpine Lake, then Timbercee II. Living in the hustle and bustle of St. Louis, we appreciate the short drive to the secluded and serene resort of Innsbrook. It provides us with the best of both worlds.

Since we can't always get away, we decided to share our property with others back in 2006. Besides Innsbrook condo rentals, we were the only rental property at Innsbrook. It's been a win-win throughout the years. With hundreds of memories from families to couples to guys/girls weekends, we love the wonderful feedback and stories we read in our guest books.

Hopefully, you'll be able to book a weekend getaway or week long stay at Timbercee II on Alpine Lake. We know you will fall in love with the place too.

Why they chose this property

Timbercee II is a gorgeous modern house that was built in 2005. It is very spacious with all of the amenities and has great views of the scenic Lake Alpine. Unlike Lake Aspen by the conference center, Lake Alpine is very peaceful and gets little traffic. It is also the #1 fishing lake.

What makes this property unique

BBQing on the deck, reading a book on the back patio, views of the lake from the Great Room, feeding the fish bread from the dock, taking out the canoe to find additional fishing spots, racing around the lake in the kayak, a relaxing soak for two in the oversized tub, a game of billiards after a few beverages, swimming and floating in the clear lake during the summer, and much more!
