Byggd 1928 och helt ombyggd, är detta hem ljust och öppet med underbara trägolv, ljust träverk och franska dörrar. Deltidsartistens studio medan den inte hyrs ut, har det här hemmet många unika detaljer, såsom originalkonst och en omfattande boksamling. Det ligger i ett lugnt område inom 5 minuter från centrum, restauranger, shopping och stadsparken. Detta hem ligger på en blindgate och har egen bilupplevelse för parkering utanför gatan. Detta hus ligger på ett hörnparti och har en skuggad inhägnad gård.

Det finns en queen size-säng, plus en futon soffa i vardagsrummet som kan konvertera till en bekväm full size säng. Två nyligen ombyggda badrum med duschar betyder ingen väntan! KState Student Move In

We needed a place to stay while we moved our Student into an apartment in Manhattan. This cute little home was clean and comfortable. The entrance to the driveway is quite narrow, but it is by no means anything to detract from the expience.

Comfortable Spot, Good Location

Stayed in this “cottage” as an overnight for a Wildcat basketball game. Close to downtown and an 8 minute drive to my son’s dorm. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were veery clean. ~CC, St. Louis, MO

Cute and Cozy!

Such a cute and comfortable place! After traveling all day we were surprised on arrival with a waiting snack basket and cold drinks in the fridge. There was even a Keurig with a variety of pods for our morning coffee in the backyard. The bed was very comfortable and Kim had thought of many small details that made our stay easy.

3-week stay

The property was very clean and has just about everything including a laundry room and supplies, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, snacks and other beverages, water pressure like I’ve never seen before, and it was nicely decorated. Only (minor) drawbacks are lack of drawer space which would be helpful for non-hangable items (drawers were filled with bedding materials that I could’ve taken out but didn’t), and a neighbor who started up his semi truck most mornings around 4:30 AM.

Quaint and cute cottage perfect for our weekend getaway!

I love this property! The owner is amazing to work with. We opened the door to fresh flowers and a basket of goodies. Bottled water and sodas were left in the fridge for our convenience. The only thing we wished for the entire weekend was an iron, and I should have read through the list of amenities better to realize one would not be available. Manhattan is one of the friendliest towns I have ever visited. Harry’s Restaurant and Taphouse Brewing Company did not disappoint! I would love to return to Manhattan to stay at the Cozy Cottage again! Wonderful weekend!!

Felt unsafe in the neighborhood

When arrived i discovered a cozy little cottage was a duplex. The neighborhood was rundown and a little scary. My last night there were 5 police cars in the street infront of the house. As far as the cottage, it was beautiful on the inside. Decorated very cute and the the house was beautiful. The host has put a lot of time and energy into creating a cozy and comfortable living space. It was equipped with everything a guest would need during their stay. When i called because the back porch light was burned out, they came right over and put a new bulb in. I was very impressed with the interior. Everything appeared new and in good condition. My husband and I met while attending Kansas State University and have come back to Manhattan to live because we are K-State proud! We love this busy, little, college town. I am an artist and paint landscapes in oil and pastel. We love to be outside - hiking, riding bike, taking our dog for a walk. I paint outside en plein air whenever I can.

We love the energy of the downtown area. There are great restaurants - Harry's Uptown, El Patron, Della Voce, Tallgrass Taphouse, AJs Pizza, The Chef, and Bourbon & Baker. City Park is very close by with a great water park and pool, baseball, tennis, volleyball, an ice rink in winter, playground equipment, and jogging/biking path. The mall sits at the end of downtown with a dine-in and IMAX theatre, and lots of shopping. The Manhattan Public Library is only 5 minutes away, also downtown. It's an easy drive to the K-State campus and Bill Snyder Family Stadium and Bramlage.
