Villa Fina in Costa Esmeralda - Paradise in PANAMA !

Welcome to our beautiful Home in Costa Esmeralda, San Carlos, Oeste, Panama.

We have a 3br/2ba tropical vacation house with a pool, located within a private Gated community with security checkpoint, and direct access to private beach & river. They're within 5 minute walking distance of the home and its a black sand beach! The beach connects to the river Teta. and our community is near Coronado, Rio Mar, Punta Barco, San Carlos and 40 min to cooler area of EL Valle Anton.

House is fully furnished, has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room , terrace, large Bohio with BBQ, Private pool, and bathroom outside. Our Villa is surrounded by an amazing garden with local flora and we have 11 Palm Trees with coconuts lining the property. All 3 bedrooms have new A/C units and the Villa has ceiling fans in the other rooms.

Our Villa is only 7 min drive to the city of Coronado where there are all the vacation amenities you need. There are 3 major Supermarkets, numerous restaurants, fast food outlets, Banks, Casinos, movie theater, Medical center, Pharmacy, Country Club Resort, & Bars. We are 5 min from Vista Mar for world class Golfing & has a Marina too.

NO Pets are allowed and No MiniBus/Vans are allowed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Loved it!

Great stay at Villa Fina. Location cannot be beat, 5 min walk to a beautiful beach. We spent many hours in the private pool. House was clean and well stoked for a small group.

L'emplacement est calme, avec accès à la mer à pied (plage privée de la résidence dans très peu de monde). Idéalement placé pour aller visiter le pays. Les extérieurs de la maison sont top pour y vivre tout le temps dehors (piscine, grandes tables, hamacs). La maison est bien faite, juste un peu vetuste par endroit. Des soucis de propreté et de draps à l'arrivée mais notre hôte à fait le nécessaire dès le lendemain.

Excellent spot to enjoy the pacific coast

This property, though a bit remote, was clean and well-kept. My friends and I enjoyed the outdoor amenities and easy walk to the beach. The property manager was easy to communicate with and a very gracious host. I would stay here again.

Plenty of R&R

If you're looking for a place where you can sit back and relax in a private setting this is it. My wife and I stayed here January through March and enjoyed being able spend most of our time in the yard. The owners do have employes that maintain the yard and pool but were willing to let us pick the chores we wanted to do. We watered the lawn and flowers did a little touch up painting and cleaned the pool daily. The things we didn't want to do or couldn't were taken care of by the hired staff. The few times we had issues with the house which are to be expected with any house of that size were taken care of in a timely manner. The house had fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances. The town of Coronado is 15 min away and has everything you need and there are plenty of cabs to get you there and back. If you choose to have someone else do the cooking you may want to rent a car. There are plenty of restaurants but they are not close. All of the touristy things are also a ways from the house so again you may want a car depending on your length of stay. Comfortable, reasonable, and Great Location

1st time VRBO renter, and we were very happy as a family of six, We booked the property in September, communication with Steve and Leticia was great, they answered our questions and concerns in a efficient manner. We felt safe with the security guards on the premises gate check plus the home is properly secured. Also property has a pool on the property and a really quiet near by beach that’s walking distance. The house was a good fit for our family of 6. Thank you Steve, Leticia and Libe for making our stay a good experience.

I've traveled to Panama on vacation 14 years ago with my best friends & I fell in love with this country, their culture, the amazing food, & my beautiful Wife.

This is our Family's first vacation Home and we've put all our love & care into our new house. We're sure you will enjoy your time in this tropical vacation home !

Why they chose this property

We've always dreamed of owning a home in Panama walking distance to the Ocean. We searched for many years to find the ideal property that met all of our criteria. Our first concern was Security since our community is in a rural district Panama Oeste. We were releived to learn our community has a 24/7/365 Security personal at the front Gate. Our second criteria was a large home that can hold family reunions of more than 8 people. Our home sleeps 9 folks and has new comfortable Beds. All 3 rooms have new A/C units. Our third criteria was the Kitchen area. We wanted a large kitchen that had all the amenities: Full equipped with kitchen utensils & cookware, Stove, Large Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, & lots of storage area. Our 4th criteria is have a Pool. We were existed to see this place had a Pool. We recently upgraded outdoor Pool which also has an Outdoor shower. Our Bohio is 400 square Feet and has 3 hammocks. Our last criteria was a home in great condition & has a beautiful big garden. We were very happy to find a home with local flora & fauna, and 14 Pam trees with coconuts lining our property. My wife has a big family and we needed a home that can Entertain a large group. When we saw the Bohio, we just fell in love with this home.

What makes this property unique

We feel in love with this home when we first arrived to only hear the sounds of local Birds and feel the cool ocean breeze. At night, the stars fill up the Sky so bright & you can sometimes hear the Ocean in the distance. The backyard area/Bohio & the size of the home were the key criterias for us to buy along with the perfect location next to Costa Esmeralda Beaches & the modern resort city of Coronado.
We've upgraded our home to be comfortable and pleasant for all our valued Guests. We decorated the property with local Art and pictures to enhance the overall look of the home. Our home has all the amenities that we currently have in our home in San Jose, CA.
