Great apartments

My overall stay was very good. The pool was lovely, colder than I expected, but that made it more refreshing. It was lovely that Patrice, the owner, came over from France so we got to meet him, his wife and 92 year old mother. Super friendly people, even with the language difference. The only drawback, and the is nothing against the VRBO, is we didn't expect the roads to be quite so steep, so we only rented a small car, and stick shift at that. Had some problems getting up some of the mountain roads. Magdalina was super nice as well. Highly recommend.

This was a nice place to stay, definitely need a car. The pool was very nice ( if you don't like bats beware, they came by the pool every evening around sunset to get water). I was disappointed that there was no beach access as in the description it mentions being 150 meters from the beach. Beautiful sunsets and great communication with the host. Magda was very helpful. I speak only a little French but between us we were able to communicate. It is a bit noisy, we had families with young children beside and above us, most days it wasn't an issue as we got up early to go diving. The kids loved the pool. It was nice to have the kitchen available. Well stocked.

Bien que le propriĂ©taire soit sympathique, je ne recommande pas ce logement Ă  des personnes qui recherchent la tranquillitĂ© et l'intimitĂ©. Puisque l'appartement est situĂ© devant la piscine partagĂ©e et l'espace commun, on se trouve souvent entourer de beaucoup de personnes qui peuvent faire la fĂȘte tard le soir. Odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able de moisissure du climatiseur qui aurait besoin d'un nettoyage Ă  fond. Porte d'entrĂ©e dĂ©fectueuse, serrure qui ne fonctionnait pas...

situĂ© Ă  2 kms du centre de Pointe Noire entre DESHAIES et BOUILLANTE , nĂ©cessaire d'avoir un vĂ©hicule car Ă©loignĂ© des commerces , restaurants et plages .Le parking est limitĂ© en places et le nombre de gites consĂ©quent . La vue sur l'OcĂ©an est jolie et l'endroit se devrait d'ĂȘtre calme .Cela n'est pas le cas car un grand gite de 16 places Ă  vocation familiale domine 3 autres gites de 2 Ă  4 places situĂ©s en bord de piscine collective . Le gite central de 2 places enclavĂ© ne dispose pas d'ouvertures pour la salle de bains et la chambre et ;les bruits de pas ,de chaises bougĂ©es Ă©manant du gite de dessus est omniprĂ©sent . La prestataire chargĂ©e de l’accueil et de l'entretien est trĂšs sympathique , attentive et efficace .

Du soleil plein les yeux

Gite spacieux, bien Ă©quipĂ© et situĂ© en surplomb de la piscine avec la mer pour toile de fond ; trĂšs joli cadre. L'orientation plein ouest du gite nous gratifie de superbes couchers de soleil visibles depuis sa terrasse, sans mĂȘme quittĂ© son fauteuil (ti punch en main, oblige). Le coin salle Ă  manger/cuisine ouvert sur l'extĂ©rieur est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable et donne le sentiment d'ĂȘtre en contact permanent avec cette nature.
