A little piece of paradise to unwind and relax in peace.
Just below the wonderful botanical garden, a few tens of minutes of the Cousteau reserve and its diving spots.
With its magnificent sea view villa is ideally located on the leeward coast in a private area 800 meters from the village and 2 kms from the beautiful Grande Anse beach.

You can dine in a relaxed atmosphere in the many restaurants in the village.

Worth every cent

We stayed here for a week. Beautiful views, and comfortable accommodation, with lots of character and charm. The pool was the best feature and always nice to come home to after a days adventure. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to questions. Celine showed us every we needed around the place. Would recommend to anyone.

Stunning just stunning

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Majesty Palm. Celine met us when we arrived with supplies for breakfast; a baguette, fresh fruit, jam, coffee and juice. The pictures really don’t do the place justice. We enjoyed making our own ti punch and watching the sailboats. Majestic Palm is so close to everything on this end of the island and an great place to chill after a day snorkeling or hiking. Veronique and Robert thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  la villa. La vue est juste magnifique elle est tres bien Ă©quipĂ©e.La communication avait Anne Marie Ă©tait trĂšs bonne. Elle a Ă©tĂ© arrangeante sur les modalitĂ©s d arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part et disponible pour nous.Juste un petit bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale. Un peu poussiĂ©reux dans l ensemble et la cuisine n Ă©tait pas clean. Il faut ĂȘtre conscient avant de rĂ©server que : La cuisine est en extĂ©rieur ce qui est top par contre il ne faut pas oublier les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments qui vont avec (car elle ne se ferme pas du tout), dans la nuit (des 19h) nous cohabitons avec les insectes en tout genre. Notre poubelle a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©vastĂ©e plusieurs nuits par un animal, les fruits de la corbeille mangĂ©s dans la nuit 
 Il est important tous les matins de dĂ©sinfecter tous les plans de travail car on ne sait pas si les animaux sont porteurs de maladie. Je pense qu une cloison amovible serait intĂ©ressante pour ce type d infrastructure.

Wunderbares Feriendomizil fĂŒr ein Paar trotz Anlage mitten im GrĂŒnen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer großen Terrasse, deren Aussicht atemberaubend ist -wie das Deckblatt eines Karibik-Kalenders. Die KĂŒche bietet alles, was man fĂŒr‘ s Kochen braucht. Gute Betten. Schön ist auch der kleine Pool, in den man sich vom Bett aus fallen lassen kann. Kleine, aber ausreichende Badezimmer. Allerdings kommt die Beleuchtung fĂŒr den Spiegel „von hinten“, Besucher, die Licht brauchen, z.B. KontaktlinsentrĂ€ger, sollten einen Klemmspot mitbringen. Veronique ist eine reizende, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns sogar ein paar Lebensmittel in den KĂŒhlschrank gestellt hatte. Insgesamt ein herrlicher Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft.

Excellent emplacement

La maison est trÚs bien située et possÚde une vue magnifique comme sur les photos. Le logement est trÚs bien équipé en électroménager (machine à café, à laver, lave vaisselle etc) mais aussi en ustensile de cuisine. L'accueil est chaleureux et de petites attentions etaient prevues pour notre arrivée. Le logement est propre mais manque généralement d'entretien (piscine verte pas nettoyée correctement, barriÚre piscine pour enfant non fonctionnelle car cassée d'un cÎte, mobilier vieillissant, moustiquaire à remplacer etc). Egalement, en restant plus de 2 semaines nous aurions aimé avoir plusieurs draps et serviettes afin de ne pas avoir à les nettoyer en cours de séjour. Rapport qualité/prix un peu décevant donc.

Un petit coin de paradis

La villa Majesty Palm est idéale pour 4 personnes. Elle est trÚs bien agencée, trÚs bien équipée et la vue est magnifique. Quel bonheur, cette cuisine et ce salon extérieurs! Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par Céline qui nous a également communiqué de nombreuses informations. Nous recommandons chaudement la Villa Majesty Palm.

À ne jamais louer!

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu par la propretĂ© des lieux et le standard de l’intĂ©rieur de l’habitation, qui laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. Nous avons pourtant l’habitude de louer sur diffĂ©rente plate-forme en ligne pour nos vacances, mais celle-ci est vraiment dĂ©cevante!! La villa incluait 2 salles de bain avec douche en bois, mais elles Ă©taient d’une propretĂ© rĂ©pugnante, une d’elle avait mĂȘme des champignons dans le bas des murs ainsi que de la moisissure et la robinetterie Ă©tait rouillĂ©e, donc une seule salle de bain Ă©tait utilisable! Jamais ce logement ne valait le prix que nous avons payĂ© et tenant compte des champignons qui se logeait dans la salle de bain de la chambre Ă  coucher, il y avait longtemps que la douche n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© lavĂ©!!!! Nous avons des photos Ă  l'appuis Bon point: -La vue spectaculaire de la galerie

La vue de la villa est simplement sublime. A l'abri des regards la terrasse extérieure est un véritable lieu de vie. Nous avons passé 8 jours trÚs agréables . Magnificent

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, albeit far too short. The villa is well equipped with everything you will require for your self catering needs. Jam, bread, juice and fruit was even provided for breakfast the next morning! The villa is comfortable and very close the to the town of Deshaies. The villa gets some sun during the day but is mostly nice and shaded. The pool was pretty chilly but we were able to spend some time in there as it warmed up over the course of our stay. If you book you will enjoy every moment!

Property is superb - wonderful outside space with a refreshing pool and great views, master bedroom was very comfortable and air-con worked perfectly. Bathrooms were both of a high standard and very clean. We were looked after by Celine who was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. Highly recommended!

Maison tout confort! Attentions des propriétaires pour notre arrivée (souper et ti'punch). La vue est incroyable et la maison est trÚs bien placée pour voyager en Basse terre. Accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able avec beaucoup de sympathie de la part du propriĂ©taire, prĂ©sent dans les environs lors de notre sĂ©jour. Le logement, climatisĂ© si besoin, est bien exposĂ©, avec vue sur la mer des CaraĂŻbes. Il convient parfaitement pour une famille ou deux couples d’amis (2 chambres avec SDB privatives et entrĂ©es indĂ©pendantes, emplacements voitures en consĂ©quence). La terrasse inspire la dĂ©tente, la piscine - bien entretenue - est un gros plus. Tous les commerces sont accessibles facilement. Bref, les photos correspondent Ă  l’offre. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!

Une villa d'exception avec une vue d'exception

Un accueil trĂšs chaleureux et trĂšs professionnel par CĂ©line. Le frigo avait Ă©tĂ© rempli des denrĂ©es indispensables pour le petit dĂ©jeuner du lendemain (beurre, lait, fruits, boissons...). La vue depuis la terrasse est remarquable. De mĂȘme que l'absence de nuisances sonores (je ne parle des sons de la forĂȘt tropicale qui font partie de l'ambiance attendue). L'Ă©quipement de la cuisine Ă©tait parfait, au delĂ  de nos attentes. Enfin, la climatisation dans les chambres a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e par les mĂ©tropolitains que nous sommes. Bref, une location Ă  la hauteur de nos espĂ©rances ! Nous la recommandons vivement. Merci Ă  CĂ©line et VĂ©ronique. Isabelle et Thierry
