Why they chose this property
My husband and his family know the area of Denia & Javea well. His family have a property in Javea and we were looking to buy somewhere close to the sea for family holidays. We looked at a large number of properties and this was by far the most luxurious and well distributed. We liked the fact that the build quality was of a high standard and that the integrated kitchen included extras like a washing machine and microwave. The terrace is large and overlooks the pool and we have ocean views. We are really happy and excited about our purchase!
What makes this property unique
Quieter location, long stretch of sandy beach, not too far away from local amenities and bars/restaurants (walking distance). Easy access to the city of Denia and only a 15/20 minute drive from our family in Javea.
We love the pool and gardens and also the fact that you can just walk outside the property and in less than 2 minutes you are in the sand dunes on the beach.
We have had air conditioning installed so that sleeping on those hot summer nights is made bearable.
