I rent my house for all summer and school holidays.
It is a large house on 2 floors of 115 m2 with 75 m2 terrace, which all rooms are air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning in heating) in the district of Belle de Mai in Marseille next studio "Plus belle la vie "

House quiet, bright where all the shops are on foot and 12 minutes by car from the beaches. The Old Port is 7 minutes drive and the SNCF railway station 5 minutes.

The 3 bedroom has a bed for 1 person in 90cm and a Mattress to lay the ground for an extra child.
The living room is 35 m2 and has a comfortable sofa with a sleeping 2 additional people. The living room is air conditioned and overlooks the terrace.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped. It overlooks the terrace.

Small dogs are allowed in the house provided they respect the furniture and sofa. In addition, a kindergarten with a canine space is at the end of the street.

The Belle de Mai district is a central district (behind the train station) which has kept its village soul where there is market every day, all the shops nearby, many city buses, church and garden children.
