Adorable Cottage on the Texas Coast

Super cute cottage style accommodations that are ADA friendly. Approaching the front deck, you will find an easily accessible ADA wheelchair ramp beside the front stairs. Upon entering the cottage, you will find comfort and relaxation that is complete with a kitchenette that includes a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. A full size, spacious bathroom with a 36 inch walk-through space behind the fun, custom-made locking barn door. The decor is coastal and the artwork is made by artists that are local to the Rockport community. At Pepau’s Place by Son Kissed Cottages you will love the workmanship in this non-traditional cottage. Every detail was highly considered and well thought-out. It awaits your arrival. You’re sure to enjoy this cottage that was planned and built on the inside entirely by a woman. All of the interior build out was done at the hands of the female owner.

We recently added some exterior cameras. There are no cameras inside the cottage but we do have cameras in a couple of the trees to oversee the property.

We had a great time! It’s perfect for couples or small groups, and our pup was even greeted with amenities as well! The location is great and surrounded by nature - we saw a tree frog every night paying us a visit. Would recommend!

Nice little cabin

Traveled to Rockport to go fishing and this cabin was perfect. There was enough room to back a boat in the driveway and Shana was very quick to respond to questions I had. Would recommend this for future stays.

My wife an I had an excellent 3 night stay. The cottage was very well equipped, comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax. We really enjoyed it's proximity to many of the places we enjoy eating in Rockport, and our fishing locations. We loved our short stay. Pet friendly was HUGE for us since we travel with our black lab often! Super clean. Decorated for the Fall Season. The Cute Little Cottage

The Cottage is located in a great place, close to the water and a store. The inside is perfect, had so many amenities. Including shampoo, conditioner and body soap! The beds were very comfortable and cozy. Just an all around great place to stay! We will definitely visit again.

I am a female owner and grew up in Corpus Christi but moved to Rockport as an adult because of my love for fishing. My husband and I lost the building that sat on this property in 2017 as a result of Hurricane Harvey. We decided that since our little tourist town had lost so many hotel rooms, it might help with the tourism industry to have accommodations for people wanting to visit. I decided to build cottages and wanted them to have a feeling of home so I did all of the interior work by myself from the insulation to paint to installing the light fixtures, this entire cottage was finished out by the female owner. It is very quaint and most guests who visit do not want to leave. Come and see for yourself how cozy this little cottage makes you feel.
