The property is very comfortable and worked great for my family vacation. The listing did mention a high chair and crib that was not available but otherwise just as listed. The pool was a nice place to relax rach day! Mark and his brother are friendly and easy to communicate with.

The house was very cool during the hot days. The backyard was really nice in the evenings. The heated pool was used by myself and other guests. Felt great on our aching bones. The beds were very comfortable and each one of us got a good night rest. The convienance to the local HEB and surrounding areas was also a plus. The house was perfect for our fishing trip. Made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves. Thanks.

The pool was a BIG plus! We enjoyed every min we had! House was fully equipped with all amenities! The griddle save us so much time as we have young children and the pancakes were done quick! Can’t wait for our next booking and this house will be our first choice!

I like that it was pet friendly the pool was nice and clean the house was nice looked bigger than what the picture show. Owner was extremely friendly and kept in contact. Highly recommend this location to anybody.

Very clean, close to HEB, ferry and Rockport. Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful countertops, comfy beds nice bathrooms, nice pool patio area and a very friendly and helpful host. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to my next visit.

Checking in was smooth. I spoke to the host personally for the door code and WiFi. Upon entering the home appeared older but in good condition. After unloading and sitting for a moment I noticed the home wasn’t that clean. I do understand that living on or near the beach brings sand inside but the floors were filthy. I wiped up some water on the floor and my napkin was BLACK. I then did a further inspection and the counters were sticky and dirty, there was hair and hair balls all over both showers. Neither had been cleaned in some time. I had to strip each bed and wash sheets because the smelled like smoke and old body odors. I made my way to Dollar General for floor cleaner, bleach, Lysol wipes, reusable/disposable clothes for cleaning and a mop. There was literally no cleaning supplies in the home. Only a broom, and dish soap. I spent 3 hours on my birthday cleaning the home enough to be acceptable for the other guests I had invited. The home is aged and I understand that but the lack of cleanliness I do not! PROS-The pool was delightful, the beds were comfortable after washing the linens. The location is nice for going to Port Aransas. Large nice TVs. AC blows cold (filter needs to be changed bad) CONS-Home not clean, Keurig did not work, listed supplies not provided, there are several stray cats that come to the porch when you arrive and try to enter the home. I don’t normally do reviews but spending a large amount of money and walking into this situation isn’t right.

First when I gave you personal check-in instructions i said call me with any problems. You stay there for 3 DAYS and never called me to complain until you checkout. we change bedding after every stay. I have cleaning service witch i will address but have had no complaints like yours in the past. I do not allow smoking in the house, if an appliance doesn't work all you had to do is call we will replace immediately. next time you stay somewhere it's not what you paid for i would let management know immediately NOT AFTER YOU LEAVE

Wonderful Two Night Stay

I enjoyed my time here at this property, it had lots of homey touches that felt better than a hotel. The interior was new and clean, the beds were big and soft, and the pool was nice. It was very much a home away from home, I would stay here again.

Nice place

This was a nice place to stay. It was very clean, plenty of room, & we enjoyed sitting out by the pool. The manager worked with us for an early check-in and stayed in touch. I would definitely recommend this property.
