Sleeps 14 guests comfortably with 2 extra full-size mattresses for 4 additional guests, it's centrally located in Detroit, directly opposite is a popular park. It is approximately 3 mins from M-39 (Southfield Fwy) and 15 mins to Downtown Detroit. It's fully furnished with all needed amenities. The living room welcomes you with a hardwood floor and a 42inches cable tv, luxury furniture and a game room for kids and adult. Its a home away from home!

This was a beautiful place and it accommodated all of our needs. I hate that the weather was so bad and we were not able to enjoy the backyard. Instructions were clear. We had no problems and would love to stay there again in the near future.

Great rental for groups

We had a great experience renting this property for a long weekend. The host was kind and communicative, and flexible with our need for an early check-in. Getting into the house was smooth as well. The property had plenty of beds for our group, as advertised on the listing, and was clean and well-maintained. Great value for the money - highly recommend to anyone needing to find lodging for a group of 10 or more in Detroit.

Family reunion ready!!! Extremly spacious!!! Perfect location for hosting family outdoor events!!! Property is directly across from local park and pavilion with playscape and soccer, baseball field!! Also has a small river along the nature trail!! (Sorenson recreation area (pavilion #5) there is a number i called (provided by parks and recreation)for security to escort the unwanted guests from pavilion) The game room in basement could use an upgrade although thats the only room with 1 bed for privacy ( table games are novelty size and inoperable) we will be booking every year from now on!!! HOST ARE EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE!!

Felt like home

Kemi and her husband were amazing! They were very responsive to any questions and even helped time out the distance to what we needed prior to our trip, so we knew ahead of time. If we go back up to Detroit will be sure to rent again. :)
