Lovely, relaxing holiday in Cap d'Agde

The flat is superbly situated on the sea front, also very close to the local shops. It has a big terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. It is very well equipped, with attention to details and essentials provided, making it homey. The owner replied promptly to all our emails. The hostess was friendly and accommodating with the check-in and check-out times and other needs. Speaking French is an advantage. There were a few slightly less pleasant aspects: - Internet was advertised - yes, but you must rely on your mobile data, no WiFi.- A safety deposit of 400 euros in cash was required - a bit inconvenient when you come from a non-euro zone. It was returned to us when we left. - Sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room is not for the light sleepers - an in-built permanent fan extractor, clock and fridge add their own noise each.Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing holiday in this flat in Cap d'Agde. Thank you.

Wohnung für max. 3 Personen in Ordnung, 2. Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich nutzbar, viel zu klein! Bilder sind gut gemacht, wirkt alles viel großzügiger als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Großer Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Garage box inutilisable (trop petit), réglementation drastique à la piscine !

Bien que l'appartement soit assez correct et bien situé nous aurions aimé savoir au préalable que le garage-box était très très petit (impossible de manœuvrer sans y laisser une aile). Se garer sur le parking de la ville devient de ce fait en plus une problématique non négligeable pour diverses raisons... Concernant la piscine : interdiction de poser une serviette pour se reposer 5 minutes, interdiction de s'asseoir sur les margelles, interdiction aux enfants de sauter dans l'eau même sans gêne pour l'entourage, par contre vous pouvez vous mettre dans l'eau sans passer par la douche...là par contre on ne dit rien !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 4 enfants. L'endroit est calme et les commerces sont à proximités. Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour la terrasse. Elle est très spacieuse avec une vue magnifique. On recommande sans hésitation cette location. Seul petit bémol, la surveillance de la piscine où les enfants n'ont aucune marge de manoeuvre.

100% wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder

2 Erw + 2 Kinder (15, 17) im Mai 2016 Die Wohnung befindet sich im Westflügel einer großen Ferienimmobilie, 1. OG über Treppe erreichbar, ca 50m von der Rezeption, die aber nur für den Ostflügel zuständig ist. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug, den erreicht man über eine Treppe oder eine schiefe Ebene. Highlights Direkter Strandzugang + Pool + große Terasse mit Meerblick. Großartig! Sicherheit "Gated Community" - Ohne einen der zwei Chip-Anhänger kommt man nicht rein oder raus! Abreise per "Schlüssel in Briefkasten" geht also nicht, wer sich früh auf den Heimweg machen muss, sollte das mit dem Schlüsselhalter besprechen. Bei einer vier-köpfigen Familie mit selbstständigen Kindern muss man sich organisieren, damit keiner draussen steht und nicht rein kommt. Auch für den direkten Strandzugang braucht man einen der zwei Chips. Tiefgarage etwas eng, für unseren Golf VI Kombi problemlos, 5er BMW wäre unbequem. Von Wohnung zum Auto: 2 Treppen nach unten, Rückweg zum Appartment 100m länger: 50m zur Rezeption (Chip nicht vergessen), 50m zum Appartment, weil Schlüssel für zuschnappende Aussentür fehlt. Fazit: Deutlich besser, als auf dem öffentl. Parkplatz vor der Anlage! Ausstattung Alle Matratzen gut! Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und genug Stauraum. Kabine mit Etagenbett recht klein aber OK. 5. Bett ist Sofa/Bettkombination (Cliq claq). Geräumiges Ess/Wohnzimmer/Küche nach Süden, genügend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Nach Süden die große Terasse (ca 5m x 3m) mit Meerblick. Genügend Terassenmöbel für 6 Personen, auch Polster. Münzwaschmaschine nahe Rezeption. 6€ pro Wäsche. Waschmittel inklusive. Heizung: Mit Strom. Küche: gut eigerichtet, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank: Vernünftige Größe. Im Gerät integriert, mit separater Tür ein großes Gefriergerät. Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Ofen mit Grillfunktion hat alles funktioniert. Fernseher: Flachbildschirm, mit USB-Anschluss. Hat alle unsere Filme vom USB-Stick problemlos abgespielt. Internet/WLAN: Nur an Rezeption, kostete ca 40€ für zwei Wochen (Mai 2016). Alternative: Unser Handy hatte Bouygues Telecom UMTS Empfang, lokale SIM Karte für Daten nützlich. Pool + Tischtennis + Bouleplatz: Vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Vorsicht vor dem Wind: Haus- und Terassentür niemals gleichzeitig öffnen, wg schlagenden Türen! Vermieter: Freundlich Umgebung: Viele Restaurants + Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar Fazit: Ideal für Familie mit Kindern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
