The villa overlooking the plain of Rousillon offers incredible views of Mount Canigou and the sea. Quietly located, it is only less than 10 minutes from downtown and all its amenities.

A dining room is open to the living room and bedrooms are spread over several floors with their bathroom. Enjoy the south facing pool and sheltered from the north wind and dine on the shaded terrace .From addition, the garden has a barbecue and a pizza oven. A large private parking is available inside the property closed by an electric gate.
