Nous vous invitons à venir profiter de notre belle et spacieuse maison de location au bord du lac pour vos prochaines vacances. Profitez de notre marina sur place (sans frais supplémentaires) et profitez du grand espace de quai en pêchant, en faisant du bateau, en nageant ou tout simplement en profitant du soleil.

La Marina est une maison pleine, pas une cabane ou un chalet et est adaptée aux personnes handicapées et aux animaux de compagnie. Il y a 3 chambres principales et une chambre optionnelle (petit supplément) avec entrée extérieure. La chambre principale a 1 lit, 1 canapé-lit double et a une salle de bain privée avec douche et baignoire jacuzzi. 2ème chambre a 1 lit queen et lits superposés. 3ème chambre a 1 lit queen. Il y a deux canapés-lits queen situés dans le salon. La chambre supplémentaire pour nos clients qui souhaitent bénéficier d'une chambre de plus peut être louée pour 40 $ de plus par nuit, elle dispose d'un accès extérieur à une courte distance de marche de la porte principale de la maison. La chambre supplémentaire a 1 lit queen. Il y a une grande terrasse à l'avant du barbecue et profitez des repas en plein air. La vue depuis la cuisine, le salon et la terrasse est inoubliable.

Amazing Vacation #3

This June was our third family vacation at La Marina lake house. We spent a lot of time in the water, caught fish, took walks over to Osoyoos Lake Veteran's Memorial Park (where the boat ramp is), visited a few vintage/thrift shops in Oroville, walked across the street to get our morning beverages at Salted 1940 cafe, made several trips across the street to Akins Foods - a pretty amazing grocery store with an Organic section! This is such a delightful piece of property and house to relax and enjoy for all ages. House includes all of the necessities for cooking, laundry, boating, views of lake and mountains, plenty of seating on back deck, ample parking 3-4 cars/boats. We will be back next year and years to come we hope!

Much needed get away!

We spent 5 nights at La Marina. The views from the deck and dock are mesmerizing. We spent most of the time just taking it all in and fishing. Together we caught 41 but only kept 1. There are alot of ringtail perch and bass. Theres some big ones too. We caught a 3 pound bass. They like nightcrawlers with a bit of liquid krill.The home is very comfortable and is well appointed. The bed was super comfortable.the bathrooms were beautifully remodeled.All the rooms we super large. There is a good burger place accoss the street ( brick house)and a fabulous Mexican restaurant in town ( rancho grande )We will definitely try to make it t back for another stay 1...1

Family Reunion

We love the peaceful river and Mountain View’s. The river is refreshing. Fishing was great! Swimming and row boating was perfect.

We love this lakeside home

We’ve been visiting this lake house for four years with our family, which includes two children in wheelchairs. The property is incredibly accessible, and we’ve grown to love it so much. The amenities are fantastic—there’s a spacious doc overlooking the lake with great fishing, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for family meals.

Family vacation

Madisons home is spectacular. Perftectly laid out, anything you need is there. Weather was a montage but there's plenty of space to play cards or build puzzles when the rain comes in, wait a moment, then it was nice again. The boys loved rowing up and down the river in the provided row boat. They caught and released a lot of fish. Great location, we went to the Tonasket fly in on a whim, fun, made friends with the coffee shop across the street, NAPA up the road will never forget my father inlaw (in there daily saving our boats), the grocery store and country store a block away, what a great community. La Marina is such a welcoming place and will be forever in our heart, can't wait till next time.

Relaxing Stay

Everything you need is close. Beautiful hikes close by. Back yard is perfect for outdoor fun on the water. Even some beach sand. Kitchen has everything you need for a big meal and view to the lake. We had a great time!

Family Gathering

We truly enjoyed our stay, start to finish. The convenience of the grocery store a plus. We did wish for an umbrella for the deck tables as the morning sun was quite intense. Overall, we absolutely loved the property and the quiet peaceful nature and atmosphere. Ice cream store nearby in town.

Another great time at LaMarina

We just returned from our fifth year at LaMarina. This is a one of a kind property that is very private and yet close enough to walk to dinner in town. We spend most of our time fishing, but the lake is not crowded if you like water sports. We will certainly be back!

Relaxing week away

Had a great stay. House was spacious and very livable for 2 couples and 2 teens. Loved the large deck overlooking the water and easy access for paddle boards to come and go. Lots of fun wildlife watching — deer, beaver, birds kept us entertained. Great to be able to have our family dogs be able to join us. Madison was a very helpful and responsive host — though we didn’t really need much as the house was we’l equipped and the grocery store was 2 min away. Would love to visit again. Thanks!

Great waterfront home in Oroville

Beautiful spot on the water, right in town and very convenient. The house worked out great for our family group, and being able to have our dog with us was a rare bonus. The deck on the water is a great feature and we all enjoyed fishing for bass right from the dock, as well as the lake and river. Thanks for having us! Good chance we will be back!

Fabulous Lake House

We had an amazing week at La Marina. We decided a couple days into our stay that we would book again next year. The view is beautiful, and the location is so peaceful. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, watching wildlife on the back deck, playing in the sand, swimming, and so much more. We loved the location and all the amenities that were minutes away - a grocery store, a boat rental company, the state park with a public beach. The house was lovely, had some fabulous updates to the kitchen and bathroom, had a large family room, and was stocked with all that we needed. Maddison was very accommodating and responded to any questions or requests almost immediately. This has been our best VRBO experience!

This is our fourth year at La Marina and we absolutely love it here.

La Marina is on the River, although for WDFW regulations it’s considered the lake down to Zosel Dam. There is little water traffic and no neighbors. Dogs are welcome and there is plenty of parking. Gas, groceries and restaurants are within an easy walk. The house is great with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Madison is very responsive if you need anything and they upgrade the property every year. This year it was a new door on the master bath, new BBQ, upgraded Wi Fi and a face lift for the kitchen. We hope to continue vacationing here for as long as it’s available!
