Peaceful villa in a great location

We had a lovely stay at Villa Isa Joe. The villa was comfortable, spacious and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We particularly enjoyed the private garden and heated pool, which were ideal for spending time outdoors. The location was also excellent, close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and the amenities of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

Villa Isa Joe was the perfect place for a relaxing break. The bedrooms were comfortable and the villa had everything we needed. The BBQ area was great for evening meals outside. We also had dinner at Algarbe restaurant, which we highly recommend.

Do not book this villa currently. The host makes no mention of the very noisy building site right next door. Builders woke us up with drilling every day at 8am. The description states “total privacy” but there was builders looking down on us in the pool every day. The hosts had no sympathy once they had taken the money. Very poor service.

Great stay!

We had a great time here - it is a fabulous & well proportioned villa. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Easy access to beach & restaurants (walkable but ubers are very cheap!). Close to road but well secluded/feels private so this was not an issue for us.

Great location, great villa, perfect for families

Clean, spacious villa with lots of outdoor space in a great location. Just spent two weeks here (Aug '18) and had a great time in the pool and locally at the beach, water park and many restaurants. The villa was clean and well kept by Isaura who came twice a week and was lovely and very friendly. The kids (9 and 6) loved it and we'll definitely come again...

Thank you for such a wonderful stay in your great villa

The villa was fab. The garden was large and spacious. The kitchen and utility room was very well equipped and dining room had everything you would need. Loved the outdoor and the BBQ. We requested and paid extra for the swimming pool to be heated and it was a perfect temperature.

lovely villa in perfect setting

The house and the outdoor area were wonderful. We took day trips but were very eager to get back to the privacy, comfort, and general "hominess of the villa. Since the moment we stepped into the Villa we found everything we needed at our fingertips. Safe and heated pool and accessible fully equipped kitchen. The heated pool was a great decision as the weather was a bit cool. All in all this villa was lovely and we will visit it again.

Ruined Holiday

Our family stayed at this villa from the last week in June until the first week in July. Sadly, and without the owner or agents notifying us beforehand, the second day after we arrived a building site next door began work. This was to dig out foundations for a new property to be built next door. Unfortunately, neither the owner or the agents would accept that they should have notified us of this before we arrived and therefore our holiday was completely ruined. The villa is fine but neither the owner or the agent (Algarve Vacations) can be trusted. I would avoid this villa. The reason for this late review is that, due to several attempts to resolve the issue, it has not ben concluded satisfactorily and thus I feel we have no alternative but to bring this issue to potential visitors.
