La villa está situada en la urbanización residencial de golf de Vila Sol, en el centro del Algarve. El tamaño de la parcela es de 1.000 m2. La Villa es una casa de 2 pisos y 3 habitaciones con garaje y piscina. La villa dispone de aire acondicionado (refrigeración y calefacción). También tenemos una estufa de leña en el salón. La madera, etc. está fácilmente disponible en los supermercados locales, etc. La planta baja tiene 2 dormitorios, ambos en suite, con dos camas individuales. Arriba está el dormitorio principal, totalmente en suite, con balcones. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada y un gran salón de planta abierta y zona de comedor. El salón cuenta con todos los lujos que esperaría de un alojamiento de calidad que incluye Sky TV, acceso a Internet WI-FI, DVD, CD. Al frente de la Villa hay puertas eléctricas dobles con amplias áreas de estacionamiento. También hay una entrada independiente. En la parte trasera y lateral hay céspedes y el área de la piscina. Hay amplias hamacas para tomar el sol y el patio con muebles de comedor y barbacoa para cenar al aire libre.

Fantastic villa with a superb outside area. Great location for bars, restaurants, coffee and golf club all within a 15 minute walk. The villa has supplied enough plates, cups etc. for a family of six for a couple of days before putting them in the dishwasher. For once, an owner has supplied plastic glasses to use when in the pool area.

Amazing stay

This villa is beautiful and in a perfect area for a relaxing but fun holiday. I stayed with my family and it was perfect, we were close to the popular areas but able to cook many meals ourselves and relax by the pool with the drink. Mark was a fantastic host and completely put us as ease for our first trip to Portugal. Highly recommend and hopefully we will be back!

Girls trip

We’ve stayed in many many villas over the years but this one was definitely up there with the best. Simple things like enough chairs for everyone and plenty of glasses are important. The cooking utensils were great and the pots and pans were non stick. Sounds bizarre but that really makes a difference to a semi self catering holiday. We got an Uber every day to the marina and was around €10 between 6 of us - every room had comfortable beds and an en suite - couldn’t fault it at all. Mark was great with communication. He even helped me organise a supermarket delivery for us arriving and we were able to get early check in. Wonderful all round - if I had one thing to request it would be a full length mirror 😂😂😂. We’ve already decided this is our go to villa for a cheeky few days away with the girls. If you’re swithering, I’d say book it. It is as nice as it looks on the pictures x

We had a great family holiday. The villa is immaculate both inside and out, with the pool area being amazing. We decided to get the pool heated which made it great for the kids. The local area is very quiet which was perfect for us but only a short drive in to Villamoura and local beaches. The information pack at the villa was really useful and we took some of the recommendations regarding places to visit. Many thanks to Cristina who welcomed us giving us a tour of the property on arrival and her husband who keeps the gardens immaculate. One really minor thing that would make life easier with kids is to have plastic plates available - apologies if there are some there and we didn’t find them. Overall we had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend this villa.

Perfect place for a break away

The villa is really lovely with excellent, contemporary kitchen and living facilities. The garden and pool areas are outstanding. The bedrooms and bathrooms could do with updating to match the rest of the property, but perfectly functional. Great location for getting out and about as Ubers are very quick and cheap. Would be so happy to visit again or recommend to others.

Stay at 3 bed villa with lovely pool area

The villa was set on a golf resort that was very quiet and tidy. The property itself was spotlessly clean with a beautiful outside pool area with plenty of places to sit both in the shade and in the sun. There was a lovely table and bbq area. The driveway and gardens were immaculate. Inside there was plenty of space and a lovely new and well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was new and very effective. The lounge area had a large comfortable settee. There was a large tv but we couldn’t get any channels and it would have been better if the meet and greet had showed us how to use it or retuned it in. Our bedroom remote for the air conditioning needed new batteries and there were no spares. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tired and dated. Our beds were short and not comfortable. I am only 5’ 10 but my legs came over the end. The bathrooms had showers over the bath with plastic curtains and we often couldn’t get cold water to the sink. This really let a lovely property down.

Fabulous villa for a family

We had a brilliant time at the villa, which was perfect for all our family age 0-60+. The gated pool was great, and very safe. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive. We wish we had stayed longer!

Beautiful house on a very nice location

The house is really nice. Big rooms and comfortable furniture. We stayed here for the second time. The pool is nice and well maintained. The gate around it makes it ideal for small kids. The house itself has nice large rooms. The bathrooms are dated and could do with a refurbishment. The kitchen in itself is good, but the pots and pans are very bad. We actually purchased a frying pan. The ones in the house should be replaced. They are so scratched and damaged that they are unsafe to use for food. We very much enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very responsive and attentive.

Beautiful Villa

Villa set in a lovely residential area - very quiet. Well maintained gardens. Villa fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a break in the sun. 5 minutes drive away from supermarkets and golf and only a ten minute stroll to a couple of really nice restaurants and a pub. No issues with booking etc!

Vila Sol villa

The property is in its own gated grounds and is well maintained and secure. Despite the time of year it was still warm in the villa as all the rooms had air con and heating. Plenty of room in the villa with en-suites and a separate bathroom. We’ve stayed at the resort before and this was the best value property. I’d definitely recommend it and we will be back

The Villa is in a quiet cul de sac and Vila Sol resort has everything to offer for a relaxing holiday.
It is a well established resort. The location of the villa within Vila Sol is perfect. The actual location of Vila Sol means that almost everything you need is within 10 minutes drive.
The security within the Vila Sol complex we have found to be excellent.

The Villa is set in a relaxing and safe area and has lots of homely comforts. The weather, added to the nearby range of activities and restaurants and beaches is excellent.
