Spacious kitchen/dining area – seating for up to 4 at the kitchen island and up to 8 at the gorgeous hand-built dining room table. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and farmhouse kitchen sink. Bright office area with floor to ceiling bookcases. Hardwood floors throughout. Washer and dryer in home. Pack ‘n Play crib and queen size blow-up mattress available.

Ranch in Napervilled

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Nice yard for dogs. The fence needed a little repair to be totally secure for the dogs , but we just stayed out with them.

Great Place to Be.

We have stayed at this property several times and each time, find it in the same great clean condition. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Naperville, there is plenty of space for a family. Amber is a wonderful host, who is quick to respond to any request or questions. We are on our second year of staying at this property from time to time and we enter now as though we are home. Good kitchen equipment, bath essentials are top notch, beds are comfortable and everything is consistently as represented. We will be back!

Beautiful ranch type home, at a very convenient location

Amber was really nice, and easy to reach. She was very accommodating. The house was very clean, modern, and new. It felt homey. I wish it was warmer out so we could’ve enjoyed the big backyard. Maybe next time ;). The location of the house was great! It was close to groceries and restaurants, also close to downtown naperville, a place we love to go to. We live in bolingbrook, and we rented this house for family for our wedding, and they did not have any complaints. Would rent the home again, if we need to, in the future.

Great home in a great location

Everything was exactly as presented. Great home within walking distance of downtown Naperville, (1.2 miles). Home is nicely furnished, laid out well and was very clean and ready for us. The beds are comfortable. The communication was excellent with Amber always responding quickly. Neighborhood was great. Excellent stay for a family, Highly recommend this home and certainly one I will be back to in the future. Would love to have a grill in the backyard on my next stay.

Great house and location

This is a great house in a convenient location for spending time in Naperville. Amber was very easy to work with. She was responsive to our messages and flexible to meet our needs. The house is great with enough room inside to spend time and a great yard to spend time outdoors. We stayed there with our parents and our young children and had everything we needed for a family. And, the house is close enough to down town that we walked to some activities (about 1.5 miles) and could easily drive to others. We would definitely recommend the house and would stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Nice house in a great neighborhood

The house is in a great location, with easy access to major roads and nearby shopping. The amenities were great, with a very well stocked kitchen. The washer, dryer, and air conditioning were a fabulous added bonus. Highly recommended!

The property is exactly as represented, clean and in a quiet neighborhood within a 5 minute drive to good restaurants in Naperville central. Beautiful, cozy home, sparkling clean and perfect for our family's stay. Beds were very comfortable, linens and everything just really nice. Kitchen was equipped with the basics, but was sufficient for what we needed. Would stay there again for sure. Also, Amber was very nice and always helpful.
