Large Ocean View Villa Hanging In The Quiet

Oceana is a spacious 2 bedroom villa with pool on the heights of Vitet. It offers magnificent views of Toiny Bay and the ocean. The villa is a haven of peace just 10 minutes from St Jean and 15-20 minutes from Gustavia. Each air-conditioned room is located in a private bungalow and has a king size bed (160cm), bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, large dressing room, safe, and mosquito net. Both rooms have a sea view and are located on either side of the central pavilion. The central pavilion consists of a large gallery / lounge / small lounge / and a generously equipped kitchen open to this bright space and where the ocean view is unmissable. It also has an air-conditioned desk with sofa / TV.

Perfect Honeymoon

My husband and I had the honeymoon of our dreams in this villa - we truly enjoyed that it wasn’t one of the Los Angeles style new construction homes but rather the authentic st barths style villa you could’ve been in 30 years ago but with all the modern amenities. We also think it has a view that is unrivaled and we looked all over the island while we were there for almost two weeks. Sigolene was incredibly responsive super friendly and helpful, even replaced a coffee pot the morning after we let her know it had cracked. We didn’t realize the villa also came with a daily cleaning which was amazing. And in general we just enjoyed ourselves barely leaving the house for the first entire week! The only thing we didn’t like was how many bugs and creatures came into the house - as there are no screens on the house, but it was worth it to be itchy to have an incredibly affordable and beautiful honeymoon in st Barths

Lovely stay!!!

I can’t say enough nice things about this villa or the manager. Sigoléne. The villa had a beautiful view of Toiny Beach and part of Petite Cul du Sac. Waking up each morning was a delight- the sunrise over the water from our bedroom deck was beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom most welcome. We enjoyed the galley area by the kitchen every morning for breakfast looking out over the pool, plantings and ocean beyond. We enjoyed the pool and main deck our first two days- we could not even drag ourselves away from the villa, even though we knew the beaches were gorgeous. We had everything we needed to enjoy from the start right there! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any rental, including the states and Europe. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing soap and hand soap’s were there for us there were more than enough dishes, silverware and good pots and pans for cooking. The grill was easy to use and we utilized it on three evenings. A thoughtful bottle of wine and coffee also awaited us. Sigoléne was a most wonderful manager! She greeted us at the ferry and escorted us up to the house first night there. She was always a text away if I couldn’t find something and she was attentive without ever encroaching upon our privacy. Recommendations for eating were spot on!! She. Was. Wonderful!!!!! This is a beautiful villa in a quiet location. Well, except for the roosters- LOL! It is a tranquil sanctuary and we would love to return here again!!!!
