Lovely

All good. Accurate listing, lovely property. Swimming pool now covered so water v warm! It's in a quiet area but close to village. Plenty of restaurants in Argelès sur mer, and some in local village in easy walking distance. Lots of "stuff' is provided, everything works, bed very comfortable. Countryside is beautiful - mixture of sea, mountain and flat areas. Good for walking and biking. Arrangements for welcome and departure very good.

The property was spacious and very clean, aircon in good working order and the villa was well stocked with equipment. A good outdoor space, the pool was plenty warm enough (it’s not heated) to spend a long time in there which we did frequently! Perhaps some additional outdoor lighting would add to the ambience……. We got unlucky with the weather but with so many lovely places within a very short drive it didn’t matter - we particularly loved Collioure and Port-Vendres, Argelles plage was a little commercial but still nice and a huge beach. Catherine and Frank always on hand - perhaps a simple summer cover for the pool would be useful for people to use themselves as the glass-framed unit could only be manoeuvred by Frank himself. All in all a lovely place to come and stay

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem bestens ausgestattet was man als Familie benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann sich auch ohne Französischkenntnisse verständigen :-)Fantastischer Pool und absolut ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. 100% ig zu empfehlen.

Super Séjour

En tout premier lieu nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la sympathie de Cathy et Francky . La maison est très propre , lumineuse , confortable , bien équipée et a une très belle vue sur les Abères . La piscine est très agréable et chauffe rapidement grâce au dôme . D'autre part l'endroit dans le lotissement est calme et à pas très loin des commerces . Nous pensons que nous y effectuerons un autre séjour .

Très belle villa près de Collioure

Catherine et Franck, les propriétaires, nous ont accueilli en personne et sont adorables. La maison est très propre dans un cartier très calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison. La communication avec Catherine et Franck est très efficace, c'est vraiment appréciable. Vous passerez forcement un très bon séjour dans leurs maison.

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans votre jolie villa. Tout correspond au descriptif, propriété sans faille, piscine très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires, Catherine et Franck , nous ont accueilli avec une gentillesse et un sens inouïe de l’hospitalité. Très attentionné pour mon père 85ans à mobilité réduite de mettre à disposition du matériel adaptés pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Merci infiniment à Catherine pour les douceurs succulentes préparées avec amour. Nous conseillons cette location où il fait si bon vivre. Merci à Catherine et Franck.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Gegend ist ruhig und wohnlich, ideal für einen Familienurlaub.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist funktionell mit einem Induktionsherd ausgestattet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool ist ein echtes Plus ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzern sind charmante und aufmerksame Gastgebern. Sie standen jederzeit zur Verfügung, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und uns gute Tipps zu Aktivitäten in der Region zu geben. Bäckerei, Einkaufszentrum, Apotheke, Restaurant sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus wärmstens weiter

Maison très agréable, dans un endroit très calme. La piscine a un dôme qui permet d'avoir une bonne température de l'eau quelque soit la température extérieure. Climatisation dans la pièce à vivre et dans la grande chambre (pas nécessaire dans la petite chambre car chambre au nord et la climatisation de la grande chambre est aussi efficace pour la petite chambre en ouvrant les portes). Grande douche. Séjour très agréable !

Une maison superbe au calme et des hôtes remarquables

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans cette belle maison. Le logement est propre, très bien équipé avec piscine et un extérieur des plus agréable. La maison se situe à pieds des commerces, ce qui est très pratique. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Mais ce qui fait la différence c'est vraiment l'incroyable gentillesse de Catherine qui nous a accueillis. J'ai fais beaucoup de locations mais ce genre de gentillesse et de solicitude sont rares. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Vacances 5 étoiles

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, que nous remercions de nouveau pour leur grande gentillesse et leur disponibilité. La rue est calme. Bonne boulangerie dans le centre de Saint André et supérette à 3/4 minutes en voiture. Les grandes plages sont à 15 petites minutes en voiture. La maison est très bien équipée, les essentiels sont là. Mais elle est également très propre. On remarque bien qu'il y a une grande attention à l'hygiène, pour un bon accueil et séjour des vacanciers. La literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié la piscine qui était propre et agréable. Lors de notre séjour, l'eau était à 28/29°. Nous avons rapidement pris nos repères et été à l'aise, ce qui nous à permis de visiter le département et surtout de passer de très bonnes vacances en famille à 4. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine a Saint André. Le soleil etait au rdv alors decouverte de la cote et balades dans les petits villages. Quartier calme , piscine rafraichissante. Bon contact avec les proprietaires.
